Paid a lot of money for a bottle of JD it’s was for a special birthday, it’s come with a tear on the label so I’d like to return it as it for a collection, I’ve contacted then via email and fb I can’t find a number , I’ve left my number for someone to contact me. So disappointed and tarnished the gift i bought.

I ordered two bottles of gin from you. When it didn't arrive, I wrote to threshers and only then was I told that apparently my parcel had been damaged and I wasn't going to receive it and they refunded me. I still haven't had my refund after a couple of days. Also it wasn't easy to contact threshers. I replied to one email and it failed to send and I thought at first it was a scam site. Your emails should show contact details in case of situations like this.

Very disappointed as wrong item sent. No offer of refund or replacement. Asked for photo of what was actually sent so they can look into it. Meanwhile I am without item I wanted

I bought a bottle of penderyn which said “first release “ on the photo displayed so I bought only to find the bottle wasn’t first release and had to cancel my order .

Ordered one product however wrong product sent . When asked to swap I have to go to a drop off point post office etc . I don’t go out of the house as disabled . Should have a pick up from home option like other companies
