This order wasn't delivered by the courier, but marked as delivered. I ordered this on Friday the 19th of December and paid £9. 99 for expedited delivery to get it in time for Christmas Day. When I tried to contact Threshers, there was no clear way to do this, so tried emailing a couple of addresses which I found by Googling. I still haven't received it.

Didn't receive this order. Still waiting to hear from Threshers.

Never delivered the product and never responded to several requests to investigate what happened. £50 wasted on a Christmas present that never arrived.
