When DPD delivered my parcel with a totally sodden box, I replied to my order email with some photos of the damaged parcel and smashed glass. Straight away a new bottle was dispatched and it arrived the next day! Amazing customer service.

I got a message from DPD saying order can no longer be delivered. The contact numbers listed for Threshers are not valid. I sent an email and got the response, items were damaged in transit and are no longer available. Still waiting for the refund.
