You cancelled my order the day it was due and gave no reason and did not respond to my emails. Very poor business.

I ordered 2 items and after no communication about when the parcel was going to arrive, I got an email to say that one item had been refunded. Again, no other communication. I then emailed asking what was going on with the order, then after a few days and after I had received the other item. The incredibly helpful employee said that one item was refunded and one had been delivered (which I already knew. Terrible customer service, wouldn’t use again

Ordered for a birthday party and paid for next business day delivery. Didn't ship until I asked them where it was two days late and didn't arrive until day four after the order. Emails to the support system went unreplied. Your basic ripoff that doesn't give a toss about service or customer. AVOID. Can't even give zero stars but this review is zero stars.

Good price, quick delivery

The Louis Jadot Bourgogne was advertised without vintage date. Normal as this is a wine to drink young. HOWEVER they sent me six bottles of the 2019 vintage. It is acidic and well past it's sell by date. Now I need to return five bottles but the normal couriers like DHL will not deliver more than two bottles per package. I have asked Threshers what to do (I thought I might return them to a shap) but two days later ai have not had a reply. Not a good expérience.
