2 deliveries both broken the first was redelivered quickly but the second even though backed with video and photos is not being addressed. I need it in 2 days for a gift and it is not even sent. The telephone number is disconnected. Just want to talk to someone.

Wine was delivered 1 week late and I had to buy wine elswhere for the celebrations.

I ordered a very expensive bottle of Whisky. £1500 Penderyn Icon Bryn. My order was accepted. After a number of days my order was cancelled without explanation. I emailed and complained- no response!!!

Cancelled order with no warning!

The product itself was great but the delivery completely ruined the experience. Threshers used DPD who kept going to the wrong address and every time I booked re-delivery and told them they were going to the wrong address, they just kept doing the wrong one. I ended up having to just wait outside the wrong address and it came a week and half later than it should've because of this.

I I ordered two bottles of pink gin and only received one I paid &57 and I will not be ordering anything more and I will be advising no one to buy from threashers very unhappy

Still haven’t received my gin. Mostly DPDs fault for going to the wrong house. I revived an email from Threshers saying they would send another out for next day delivery - It wasn’t sent out for next day delivery. I didn’t even get an apology.

Always prompt delivery no problems with suppliers,but resented at age 84 having to show and details copied from my passport by delivery driver

Poor. Free miniature not supplied. Poor excuse of out of stock so couldn't supply. Picture clearly shows free miniature advertised. After my query Threshers have ignored my complaint
