Ordered , never got 4he delivery. Went to another address. Contacted yourselves and delivery company no correspondence to date. Bad customer care on all levels .

Received a delivery (£52) damaged returned it was returned. No communication from CS I messaged enquiring my order told would be delivered by the Thursday, no delivery , contacted CS as to it’s location, no reply but DPD advised awaiting order but again nothing from CS. Delivery now expected next week so I have had make additional arrangements for my order. Not what I expected from a wel known company. Need to do a lot better.

My bottle of champagne arrived late. Customer Sevice did refund my postage. But the champagne gift box was also damaged. Three corners were crushed. I sent photos to Customer Sevice and as yet I’ve had no reply. Disappointing service and unreliable. Sadly wouldn’t use them again.

Response to my complaint was excuses, and did not reflect reality.

Paid extra for wrapping and delivery for wedding gift on Friday 15th May. To be delivered to an Airbnb address. Gave phone details in case of an issue. Received text that couldn’t deliver as address not found. Nothing further. No phone call or texts to ask for further info. Got message from Airbnb host on 18th saying parcels had arrived. Obviously no problem for this driver with the address we gave! Bottle duly returned to Threshers, but have only been paid the cost of the bottle. Not reimbursed for wrapping and next day delivery. £20 short for what I paid. Have effectively given gift of money to Theshers and the useless delivery company. Can’t actually believe it. Won’t ever use again and thinking of taking small claim to get money back. Just feel cheated and gift not given in time!
