Good deals and prices, unfortunately one of the items arrived broken. I sent 2 emails so far, no reply.

I ordered x2 of one product for delivery. The money was taken from my account and I received and email to say delivery would be on a certain day, at a certain time. Great! Imagine my surprise when, on the day delivery was due, I receive an email tk say these item are out of stock and have been for some time with no expectation of when they will be restocked. I don’t understand why these items were not marked as being out of stock on the website?

Fast efficient service lots of variety

Made a large order 4 months ago of grifters for family & friends, half of it came smashed or damaged. Was extremely disappointed. Emailed customer services 8 times with absolutely no response, tried to contact them on social media still no response. Extremely dissatisfied & disgusted Will never order with them again.

Great service arrived promptly

I ordered 4 bottles of gin and paid for next day delivery (on Saturday) for use that weekend. Sadly by Monday am the gins hadn’t arrived and the comms and tracking said my order was being worked on. No delivery update or explanation why the order hadn’t been met. I had to cancel the order after making alternative arrangements. There was thankfully no quibble at the cancellation but no apology or explanation either! I expected better and more I’m afraid!

No problem with product, just delivery. I'm injured at the moment hence online order. Nasty pusillanimous l8trle DPD driver with virtually NO functional English. Made me go upstairs for my passport for proof of age. I'm 70 next month FFS! How can anyone mistake and woman of 70 for under 18. ? When I explained I had an injury and it would be very painful for me to go upstairs he laughed in my face and threatened to take product away. That would have been OK with me but then there would be the problem of refunding my money. I will not deal with you again till this tiny little grunt is dismissed. Badly done, Threshers. . Badly done.
