The 50-year-old boy remained blissfully unaware of the near-brandy crisis. In a world where customer service can often feel automated, robotic, and copy-pasted, this was refreshingly brilliant. Fast, friendly, and actually caring — which is rarer than a decent bottle of brandy at supermarket prices. Huge thanks to the team for turning a potential birthday disaster into a smooth celebration. I’ll definitely be ordering again — though hopefully with fewer plot twists next time! 🥃

I got a message from DPD saying order can no longer be delivered. The contact numbers listed for Threshers are not valid. I sent an email and got the response, items were damaged in transit and are no longer available. Still waiting for the refund.
