Excellent communication and service!

First let me say that I love the Willow Tree merchandise and the people. What I would love to see is a better connection between the website, comment sold and the app. I order off both, sometimes in the same day (wanting a new item before it is done LIVE or so I can use Shop Pay) and unless I order enough on each platform, I end up paying shipping twice. Also a one stop account so I have all my orders in one place for when I want to track, return, or just see what all I have ordered. Other than that I always enjoy the shopping experience.

I've loved everything I've purchased from TWT. I only wish the brand of the clothing was listed. I'm familiar w/what brands run true to size and what doesn't and would make it easier to determine the size I need and not have to return for different size.

Not sure why you charge more than about anyone for shipping! The shipping cost sometimes doesn’t make it worth it for me to even order the item!

It’s hard to add free shipping when irs advertised. I also asked how to retrieve my credit from a previous return.

I was treated with friendly and professional staff. The turn around time was perfect!

I just received my gingham blue and white slacks and the red, white and blue gingham. Both pair fit perfectly! I love the style, the fabric and the way they look on!!!

I LOVE TWT . . . . I am 74 years young and I receive many compliments from people whenever I wear TWT. . . especially from my husband!!! I also love wearing clothes that you don't see everywhere. I am obsessed, addicted and happy!
