Excellent customer service. Great products. Improvements - many times the video on a product does not actually show the product. It is an "empty" room with someone talking in the background. Would love to see the video clips actually showing the product when we click on an item to shop it. Also, belts that fit bigger sizes. Thank you!

I love everything so far that I have received from you all!!!! I receive compliments

LOVE Willow Tree designs and quality ! REALLY LOVE Tammy !!!!! I seem to buy almost everything she shows !

I have been extremely pleased with The Willow Tree. Orders arrive in a timely manner. It is also hard to know how a garment will look and fit until you try it on and I have never had an issue with returns when they didn't look or fit the way I like.

Service, quality, shipping was ideal. A statement piece but casual. perfect summer accessory.

Love love the willow tree

Love everything about your sight🙏‼️

I love my top and the easy process

This is the cutest statement bag! The price point is super appealing for the quality. Great addition to my collection. ❤️

I love this cuff. Its a beautiful piece. We'll worth the money, which was a great price. The cuff was too big for my wrist. I was sad. . Do not. know what to do. While I am wondering, I may gift it to one of my friends. Thank you. Wish there was a smaller one. I would definitely send back and exchange. ❤️

Beautiful!

Every time I order from Willow Tree, the shipping is fast and the communication is great!

The item I ordered was sized very large. Instead of giving me a refund, only gave me store credit. Exchanged for smaller size and still too big.

I was pleased with my merchandise & will order again.

Love the fast shipping & quality of the clothes!!

Love the color. . thank you

The 3 cute T's I ordered were just as pictured, go with so many things in my closet, and were shipped pronto!

Excellent in every aspect. My only request is get more budget friendly items. I would buy more.
