I like the website, but it is not linked with the app. Therefore, returns are not processed with an app credit rather a gift card is issued and is difficult to use on the app. The website seems to be updated more frequently than the app. While this may be a good thing for those using the website, it seems that there is a push to use the app, so app users are somewhat disadvantaged.

I like the profiles of the models. As a petite, I often use the profile as help in determining how items may look on me. It would be helpful to add the profile in the description of the item. I. e. model is a size 4, 5’3” tall.

It would be really helpful if the models on website and in the lives would move their hair out of the way so we could see necklines of items better. This includes front and back of the item. They also need to move some of the accessories, esp scarves out of the way so we can see that area better. Jewelry sometimes too but it’s not as bad. Thank you for asking!
