The necklace came to me broken and in 2 parts…”shell” cannot be attached to bead necklace. Shell wrapped in plastic…necklace wrapped in different plastic bag. I reached out to Customer Service yesterday, and still haven’t heard back. I have bought several items from Willow Tree, but this will definitely be the last purchase, if they don’t remedy this situation.

I would love if you could order more quantity on items you know will sell out. Which, to be honest, is almost everything. It can be very frustrating. Your stylists are so beautiful and do such an amazing job of making you want to purchase their look from head to toe. I realize that you do reorders, but why not just order enough to begin with.
