Love getting style ideas from the stylists. Great customer service. Love the fashion you can't find elsewhere. Improvements: If you miss a live and it's no longer accessible, it's hard to decide on an item if the video attached to the item doesn't actually show the item but an "empty" room with people talking, maybe about the intended item, but sometimes about other items. If the item was shown in a live, why can't that part of the live video be attached to the item? Sometimes the long hair (as beautiful as it is) blocks being able to really see the item. For some items it would be nice to see the material or object up closer. I've always been surprised that for most lives (regardless of which store it is), the person/people don't have a little tape measure (like for sewing, etc) available to them during the live to answer inevitable questions from viewers. The description doesn't always include all of the details. If someone behind the scenes had a tape measure, that would be very helpful to viewers.

The clasp wasn’t even attached when it arrived. Considering I bought this from a boutique, I expected better quality. Whoever packaged it should’ve seen that the clasp wasn’t attached and shouldn’t have sent this necklace.

I visit the site on a regular basis and adore the Live Sales. Only comment would be that accessories are separate from Clothing so sometimes I have to try to remember the corresponding Live presentation of the accessory that I am looking for. Can’t always find it in the accessory section of the site. There is likely a good business reason for doing it that way though!!

I have ordered several things from you guys. Several things have fit just great. But I had pants & shorts I specifically went by your model & sizing chart and they did not fit, even after ordering a larger size. I’m generally a Size 10… started with Medium (most size models/chart said size 30 waist & they didn’t even button. So I returned for a size Large (which I would think would then be a Size Large which I would definitely think would cover up to a 12… still barely buttoned. ) I think a little better clarity on pants sizing would be beneficial. Like “runs small or sizing 8/10 or 10/12 would be helpful. I really enjoy your brand, but would like to avoid so much returning (even after researching size charts. )

It is hard to judge the sizing of the clothes. Need to use the measurements of the garment for each size.

Excellent customer service. Great products. Improvements - many times the video on a product does not actually show the product. It is an "empty" room with someone talking in the background. Would love to see the video clips actually showing the product when we click on an item to shop it. Also, belts that fit bigger sizes. Thank you!

I have been extremely pleased with The Willow Tree. Orders arrive in a timely manner. It is also hard to know how a garment will look and fit until you try it on and I have never had an issue with returns when they didn't look or fit the way I like.
