The topez necklace had to stones that had fallen out , they were in the package put fell out of the nexklace and the clasp won’t stay closed.

Ifirst off and most importantly i love you guys. But you've adkef several times for my feedback and ive read comments feeling like me during and lives. So here it is. I spend alot. Would more but your major issues with lives has stopped that. Especially with one of a kind things like ties ball caps purses etc. And even clothes. They are not coming up as being shown and im not the only one commenting in this problem. Perhaps spacing them out instead of flipping them like a deck of cards might give others a chance. Today the first cap didnt pop up till 3td or 4th was shown. Its frustrating. It also happens with other items but the one of kiind are the worst cause there's virtually no chance of it getting dropped. And not going to be restocked like clothing etc . I've decided to let it go and move on. I will find other options for grad gifts. I know you going to say you can't control internet etc but its an issue and you asked. I'm tired of liking something getting excited just to be disappointed. Your customer service team shout out to Laura and Josie are fabulous and your stylist are great with ideas to put stuff together. You guys are excellent but the technical issues make it ok. Im finding myself not even bothering to watch lives especially if it coincides with my sleep schedule like I used to. Have blessed days always. Sincerely Sherry
