I love shopping on the Willow tree website; however when I have to return something it always goes back to store credit. That means I have to pay my credit card regardless of whether the item fit ect or not. Then I have this store credit that sometimes it’s a month or longer before I use it. It would be so nice if you would return the purchase to our original form of payment.

I love it! Quality is great and I have received many compliments on it. Fits slightly on the large side. I wear L-Xl I bought and Xl and it fits just the way I like to wear my tee shirts!Super cute!

I enjoyed being able to go into store and be able to try on clothes but I have ordered on line and was pleased with the timely matter they arrived. I have not had to send anything back but that would be a little more challenging.

Love your clothing and your faith in Jesus! There are 3 things you can improve: 1. Your phone customer care. I tried calling several times at different hours and I only receive a pre recorded message. No human that I can speak with. 2. The information on sizing. You should place sizing information providing size charts with standard body measurements. 3. While I appreciate your products, offering only store credit instead of a full refund lags behind standard online shopping expectations.
