If you have a recall and you know I bought your product, just send me a new one. Don’t ask me to jump through hoops to correct your mistake. I’ll buy another brand now.

Great products. But incredible customer service when you have an issue. Was thermos you’re not only get a great product, but you got the insurance of great customer service back at your product once you receive it.

Been using thermos brand my whole life, have a recall takes over 6 to 8 months long long time had to purchase another thermos! Because your company chose to buy junk! I still do not have my replacement lid. Turned your thermos into a piggy bank. That’s all I can use it for now junk.

I was pleased by the notification a few months ago that the thermos lid needed to be replaced. It is unthinkable that the actual replacement has not yet occurred.

I uploaded all the pictures as instructed for recalled thermos bottle. Rep. asked me to do it all over again though I told her it had been submitted. Then no response to my follow up emails. I no longer consider the Thermos brand when I shop for thermal bottles. Just like this survey. I had to rewrite it all over again because it didn’t work the first time around.

I up them one star for finding and announcing the fault. I am assuming they found it. But the require so many hoops to get it replaced and it is taking weeks and weeks for the replacement which amazon could deliver to me tomorrow.

The thermos works well in keeping hot food hot, but the coating on every one we own has started to peel off. I should have bought the one with no coating.

I like the products I have. But the way the recall is being handled is quite bad. Communication is severely lacking. And making us dispose parts basically making our products unusable for months without any recompense is not ok. Not sure I would buy any Thermos product again.

I bought the exact king food jar that is being recalled on Amazon, did all the steps to get replacement and thermos now saying it’s not recalled. (It IS recalled) Amazon still warns me every time I’m there that this item I bought from them is recalled. To add insult, now Thermos has placed me on a mailing list I do NOT want to be on. Be better.

I LOVE THERMOS food jars. Kids take their lunch and learning thermodynamics.

I', a bit disappointed over the whole recalled lid debacle. First, that Thermos even let that happen. Second, that I had to go out and purchase another unit because it is taking MONTHS to get my replacement lid. Third on the ridiculous qualification of "send a picture of the lid in the trash" when you know that I have to take it back out of the trash because your next instruction, when the lid is received, is "OK, you can throw the old one out now". Thermos, are you ok? This certainly isn't the Thermos company that I have stood by for decades.
