I have yet to get satisfaction re: the thermos recall. I encourage management to review our many interactions.
You made getting the recall completed difficult. Yet I have a defective thermos. I threw it out and won’t buy from thermos again.
Customer service was quick to respond,, professional and gave the information needed.
Recall process is worst. .

I submitted all that you asked for about the recall on the thermos cap. I keep getting requests for more information and more photos. In the future I will get a different thermos. You used to be a good company and I don’t know what happened but I wouldn’t buy another one. Yeti might be expensive but I doubt a company that charges that much has this kind of red tape when they screw up.
Terrible handling of a recalled item you made that 10x more difficult for me than even purchasing the defective item.
Never got a response from my email warranty request.
Worst customer service ever
This process has been frustrating and inefficient. Ive filled out the form, with parts numbers, my name, address, and photos of the bad parts up close and in the trash. I keep Getting a message that some information is missing. Also…9 weeks to replace a part im supposed to throw out now? We use our thermoses every day for lunch. How do I wait over two months for something I need today? Also, the very part you are replacing, did eject from our thermos about a year and a half ago and cracked our kitchen ceiling. I just feel like it should be a given you send the parts out swiftly. Also frustrating that I cannot reach a person via phone. And thermos has the gall to say that they have. ” simplified” the communication by making it all email based. I’m on the verge of dumping my thermoses and just buying one of your competitors food containers and calling it a day.
Was contacted regarding a recall and had to go through unnecessary and inappropriate steps in order to complete it. No need to take a picture of trash to complete a recall. Do not put that on consumers who have already been burdened and put in harm’s way to go through further steps like that.
Thermos products are excellent ! I grew up using the thermos for hot coffee that was still hot days later. Have never had any issues. If there is ever an issue, I an confident it will be resolved. I have a couple of the king jars with no issues at all. I use them to even store a hot burrito or tacos wrapped in foil and store to keep hot until lunch break. Great product.
I haven’t heard anything back since I’ve submitted my request for replacement parts that were recalled.
I asked for replacement due to recall and your rep. refuse to send me replacement.
Don’t make people who are already inconvenienced with your recall jump through hoops to get a replacement product.
I followed the instructions for replacement of four recalled lids, but they don't follow up.
Provided a faulty product subject to a recall and made me jump through hoops to get a replacement instead of just replacing it or refunding my payment.
Response time is slow
Where’s the resolution?????
