I love the thermos brand. I have been purchasing it for many years. I was happy to know that a replacement part was available for the thermos that I purchased for my grandson. However, I was disappointed that with the purchase price and shipping it was only a few dollars less than purchasing a new thermos. I was kind of second-guessing why I ordered a replacement part as opposed to buying a new one.

Didn't get an answer from costumer service

I was e-mailed at 11:33 a. m. on Tuesday that my package was on its way. As of Thursday at 7:38 it is not in the usps tracking system. Not sure if the package has shipped.

I was disappointed in your lifetime warranty. You didn't honor it.

Sent an email describing my issue. It was easy to upload pictures for clarification. Right parts available at a reasonable price. Glad to have my favorite travel tumblers back in action.

Long lasting product

Product was defective right out of the box. It was difficult to communicate the issue, it took a long time to receive the wrong replacement cup, now the handle lock has become ineffective. Id like to toss it in the trash as now the handle doesn’t lock properly either. Since I can’t use the thermos’s, it not much of a lunch combo But since it was a gift from my daughter I better keep it lying around. Hopefully she doesn’t ask if I still use it.

Gave me a bad handle for my mug

Love the travel mug. Impressed the way it keeps drinks hot for so long. Would have rated higher but have had to replace one of them that I purchased twice now because handle gets so loose you think it will fall off. Customer service has been great on resolving the issue so far.
