I have a thermos that has been recalled. I've not received a new one nor a refund. I've not heard anything since I gave the pictures of my thermos. I used it alot so I would like to have a new one.
I followed your directions for the recall of your product that caused several people to lose their eyes. Your system repeatedly did not allow me to complete the request for a replacement part on my two UNUSED products. Customer service emails have gone unanswered. Very disappointing to see another once-respected American company lose its way. . . and this customer.
I'm so frustrated with the fact that I got a recalled item and when I showed proof that I bought it from Amazon, that should have been sufficient to get me a replacement. This is a THERMOS. NOT A CAR OR A HOUSE. I shouldn't have to spend multiple interactions with numerous forms of validation to get a new THERMOS. One Thermos. Not a case. Not a truckload. You'd think I was asking to be verified for a loan. Did I get a replacement? NO. Do you know why? I have a life. My life is not centered around trying to replace ONE Thermos. Am I happy with Thermos? Not so much. I've always used the products. The name is synonymous with items that keep food hot or cold. "Get me my Thermos" does not necessarily mean the "Brand" Thermos. But, now, I don't want anyone to get me any Thermos because I'm quite sure they don't have ten hours to spare.
My husband and I having receiving an automated email requesting a photo of a Thermos cover, which needs to be replaced due to a recall. So this is the third time we have attached the pics and serial/model # sticker and we continue getting the email. The message from Thermos warns us that they will drop us as customers if we don’t reply. Totally inappropriate!!!! Is this a scam? Stop exhausting your customers
The thermos was recalled. I sent my invoice and pics of recalled thermos. I never received a refund!!! Do NOT purchase Thermos products!!!
I received the wrong item. That is, the item was described as vacuum insulated but instead it was a clear plastic bottle. Reaching out to Thermos has been unproductive so far. This is by far the worst experience I have has with the company. I will seriously have to rethink ever purchasing Thermos items again. It's a shame, I used to really like this brand and have purchased their products for years.

I have many thermos brand products and I recently applied for new tops on the recalled ones. After I was told to take pictures of the thermos x4 in the trash. Days later, after trashing them, I was told via email you need more photos! What a scam! Replace the lids!
I have submitted twice with No Results. Too much hoop jumping! Just send me the lid and I will be Happy!

I love your products and was grateful that you issued a recall for a product I have, but the process of actually getting a new lid has been clunky. I followed instructions to send a photo of the lid in the trash (we were told to throw it out on your website and take the photo as proof) but then days later I got an email from your customer service zendesk asking for a photo of the lid (which had since been trashed) so I zoomed in and re-sent a tighter cropped portion, but something is wrong with your Zendesk because I never got a respond but it appeared to send me my message back to me, and I don't mean in a normal "we received this message!" kind of way, it looks as though YOU said my message. I think something is screwey. I have a client who was using AI and that happened on her Zendesk. I'd appreciate communication from a real human so that getting this replacement lid doesn't become more trouble.
No proper reply only a questionnaire.

Horrible service and horrible recall procedures
I filled out the form for the recall and provided all info. Then I get an email saying you need more info, but no explanation as to how to submit it.
I am very happy receiving the thermos. Thank you for the earlier delivery
Sent a picture in the original request of the recall and it said dispose of the screw top immediately and now I am being asked to send more photos which I do not have. That will be the last Thermos product I buy
Bad rating is due to the fact that the replacement part has not yet arrived. That was the main gist of our interaction and it had not ended in satisfaction. Happy to change the review once it comes.
I was notified there was a recall. I downloaded photos of the two I. Questioned and no response but now you send me mail wanting more info more info. It’s annoying me and I am ready to just throw them away and move o.
