There was a recall on the king food jars that I bought because they had a safety risk for the top blowing off. I did everything I was instructed to do to get replacement vented tops and I have heard nothing. No longer trust Thermos brand.

I was told one thing then another thing happened
You should have replacement parts for older Thermos products. You do not have parts for the lid I lost for my very excellent old Thermos coffee cup.
I understood that the bottle & cap were being replaced and threw them both. Only to realize that you were sending the cap as replacement.
Perfect size. Keeps hot food hot and cold food cold.
Customer service was excellent to deal with. However, I am still waiting for my product to arrive and it has been Weeks. Just a simple thermos gasket so I’m not sure what the holdup is and I’m getting concerned about its arrival. Will give a five star review if and when it arrives.
First you asked to trash the bottle cap Now you are saying your bottle was not supposed to be recalled
NEVER got a response to my request.

I was required to verify that the email requesting to buy a replacement stopper was mine (twice. ) I have filled out questionnaires. I simply want to purchase a new stopper. The thermos bottle is OK. It is useless without a stopper. Please tell me how to buy a REPLACEMENT STOPPER. The advertisement for replacement parts is useless. The repeated demands for answers is annoying.
Where in god’s name are my replacement lids??

Recall issue has never been solved, I have 3 thermoses that are unusable now
MY PRODUCT WAS DEFECTIVE, I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT RIGHT AWAY.
After months I have still not received my stopper replacement which approved. I used it regularly before the recall and would like to be able to use it again
This review is based on 40+ years of using thermos products. Overall I rate it good but there's always room for improvement. I appreciate the fact that thermos reaches out to customers to correct problems that have surfaced with their products.
