Exactly what I needed to keep my food hot over a long courier driving route. Because I work a very late shift, not much is open but fast food and I do not have time to actually stop anywhere. Decided to give this thermos a try, have used it several times, and it has done a stellar job. Easy to get to the food, nice low wide profile so it doesn't tip; it's been perfect and so I also purchased a couple for gifts. The personalization options were fun to add to the ones I've ordered. 10/10 would do again.

My initial order was quickly routed to Silver Spring, MD; I received timely notifications but it was never delivered to me. Tracking showed it was still in transit. After 2-3 days of checking, I notified customer service via email; a new order was quickly created and delivery was timely. Overall it took a week or so longer to receive my order. Curious about what happened with my initial order!

The original thermals we have is one year old and it is perfect and function as well. The new one we bought for our other child exact same type of thermos, but somehow after one week of using it the button to open the lid broke and we cannot open the lid.

The pink color and customizations were perfect.
