I have used a Thermos King cup since they arrived on the market and given several away as gifts. When the handle broke off one that was 10 years old I promptly ordered a new one. The new stainless one only came "matte", which was an ungly dull coating that the dishwasher washed off after a couple of weeks leaving a nice surface. Less than a month later it started getting hot on the outside and cold on the inside. I resumed using the old handle-less cup that still keeps coffee hot, and after some thought and searching I managed to file a warranty claim. They shipped me a new one rather quickly, but instead of being stainless outside, it's covered with a black plastic coating. I suppose I shouldn't worry because I'm sure the dishwasher will remove the ugly coating promptly, but I hate to put unnecessary plastic into my septic system. I hope this one still has a handle, is nice shiny stainless steel, and is still keeping coffee hot in 10 years.

I searched all over for a stainless steel box with an ice pack. I was so excited when I found this, but it’s so heavy my toddler has a hard time with it.

I was so happy to know they could assist me in finding the part I had been missing for years ! I love my Thermos and can use it once again. The customer service rep was so understanding, swift and kind. I couldn't accept I lost the piece and waited for it to show up. Well, thanks to ya'll, it has.

I contacted thermos about lids for a particular model that is no longer made and to my surprise they had lids that I could purchase and expensive for replacement. The whole process was very seamless and simple

Customer service agents were fine. But all i needed were the rubber grommets to make my lid leak proof again. But Thermos doesnt carry those. Instead, I would have to buy a new lid. Which costs just $5 less than the original mug.

Great replacement parts

I could not open my food thermos, probably my fault. (Chili and left in a hot car) But they replaced it no questions asked.

Bought a flask for £30 pounds and did not keep the coffee warm after half an hour and only 5 months old The warranty is a waste of time got a reply back from thermos saying to contact the buyer which was Amazon Amozon told me to contact thermos I will not be buy another from thermos as the service was very poor I will be going for a stanly one due to the lack of support
