It took a lot longer to receive the item than I thought and I had trouble tracking the order. I will not be ordering anything else from the site.

Amazing and durable quality for work. Large enough to fit a small tupperware container a drink and a few snacks. Easy to clean too!

I ordered within the week before Christmas with a custom order which was added to a backlog. I didn't receive any updates on the order until after the first week of the new year when I contacted customer service and was reassured that my order was simply within a large backlog of holiday orders but should receive updates soon. all in all I received my custom order 1 month after the day I ordered. id wish for better tracker utilization on thermos part. my order was fulfilled with "shop app" and could show when an order is being processed/delayed etc and not just start tracking when a shipping label is created but not sure how easy the implementation of that is.

No spill is huge carrying on property or marking timber.

Purchasing and shipping was easy!

it broke so fast.

The outer lid that also functions as a cup was dented when I pulled the thermos out of the box brand new. I didn't send it back because I really need a thermos, the functionality was not affected and it is likely that I will drop it at some point and dent it but it would have been nice to open one that was not already damaged.

The boys love them.
