If you recall an item and have a verified purchase you shouldn't have to send pictures of it to get the replacement part. I'm not taking pictures of something and a picture of it in the trash. My trash can it tall, you wouldn't see anything in the bottom of it and I'm not waiting until it's full and sending a picture of my trash with your stopper on top. I'll just buy another brand when I'm ready to take soup to work again. Worked well when I used it, didn't use it this year at all so not worth the effort to take apart.
Thank you for excellent service in providing a beautiful replacement thermos. Your warranty service is superb. As a result I will be more intentional. in purchasing Thermos products in the future. Home run. Thank you and kudos to your support team. Each person did a tremendous job.

I sent pictures of my recalled thermos but still have not received any correspondence, other than auto generated BS. The customer service is terrible.
I think it's ridiculous that I had to submit a picture of a faulty lid on something there was a recall on. Obviously I ordered it because I received a notification from Amazon about the recall. Still waiting for my lid so I can use my product I paid for
I was told of a recall and had to reach out to Thermos Brands to resolve the issue. They responded fast and helped with the issue.
Canada apparently doesn't matter taking my business elsewhere. You don't even make them at the states yet. You don't deal with canada for recalls , pooh you

Sad that my recall was not fulfilled. I used the thermos all the time. I sent the photo of defective cap in the garbage but never received a replacement just another request for a photo which I already sent. Cap was thrown away as was requested
The top is defective. To get a new top I must take pictures, upload them and then prove I disposed of the defective top. All this work for an item the cost a few dollars on Amazon. I threw away the whole thing.
The recall website does not work. I have tried three times to submit the required pictures.
There was a recent recall. I have 3 items that were included. They could have easily just replaced the lids through Amazon, but instead they make you jump through hoops and send pictures and drag on the process. Gross. Take care of your customers! I will not be buying any more Thermos products for the rest of my life
Looks like they intentionally make it more work to get the recall replacement so people will give up. Very shady.
the purchased product was recalled due to serious impact injury and laceration hazards. However, the international warranty department is refusing to replace the product because it does not accept the Amazon receipt as valid proof of purchase.
7-9 weeks for fulfillment after approval!

I purchased a defective product. This happens. It's the follow up that earns the low rating. I was told one of the requirements for a replacement was that I throw the old one away and send a photo of it in the trash with my claim. I did this. Then, over a week later, I received a message telling me that to get a refund I needed to send another photo of the lid that, following instructions, I threw away. What am I supposed to do, drive to the dump and find it? Now I have a thermos with no lid and no chance to get a replacement lid. This is theft.
