I like the Thermos brand products.
I needed a replacement lid for my tumbler and it fits perfectly.
There was a recall amazon sent a letter to discard and you did not replace it
Highly recommend Thermos brand. Products are high quality. Representatives are helpful & knowledgeable if you ever need to contact them.
I never received my recall item
It seems if you “loved” having me as a customer the process of replacing a defective part would not have been (and it still is) so time consuming and frustrating. I purchased the small thermos as a gift for a friend. IT HAS BEEN MONTHS and she still cannot use your product because the replacement part has not arrived.
While I was promised a replacement, I received nothing and never heard back from Thermos after I submitted all the required documentation.
My cI'oncern was never addressed even after I've returned requested pictures.
I never received my new lid
Get the recall on my thermos lid has been confusing and drawn out.

I still have not received my order
I threw away my 2 unvented stoppers, as instructed, after sending a picture of them in the trash, but I have not received replacements. I should not have followed your instructions! Now I have two thermos bottles with no stopper. Frustrated and disappointed!
A ridiculous amount of emails/photos needed to replace an item Thermos made faulty and still no replacement received.
I have no idea what’s happening in the replacement of my thermos. You tell me it’s unsafe to use I send you pictures and I have no idea.
I already did this review. I purchased 2 of these thermoses from Amazon for my kids lunches. Once I got the recall notice I trashed them as I realized that with a poor vent, bacterial and food borne illness are increased risk. I was then informed you will not replace the thermoses, only the stopper. This is ridiculous. I have contacted support, I have sent the Amazon receipt, I have reached out to the recall representative without response nor resolution. I have been using your Thermos brand since I grew up deer hunting in Wisconsin at age 12. Obviously your customer service has deteriorated. I will not respond again to these poorly timed emails that redirect and not resolve. I also will not use your brand again.
i filled out forms, took photos, got approved, but never received the replacement for a recalled item.
The recall process is taking a very long time and the communication about progress is limited.
