Terrible service. Is been 11 weeks and no replacements. Was bad problems filling out their forms and getting conflicting instructions.

No order received so far, delayed response, stated too many customers, staff shortage, etc - just excuses.

This recall is the longest, most complicated recall I have ever participated in. After months of emails, multiple pictures, and months of nothing. You are only shipping one cover even though every picture showed two.

Customer service is horrible. Unresponsive. Focus is to NOT to do right by their mistake. Strong brand, great products but their customer service is far lacking in responsiveness, responsibility and genuine customer care.

I am grateful that you finally honored my request to have my mug replaced within the warranty. . I first request in February it finally was processed in June after multiple requests.

Product was recalled for exploding in people's faces and trying to get it resolved was overly complicated and never resolved. Not worth the price or hassle, and it was easier just to throw it out. Not the brand I remember from my youth, and I won't buy Thermos again.

Never received part for recall. The whole process has been lengthy and annoyingly excessive.

Warranty/recall folks responded quickly with instructions. Received the replacement within timeline they’d indicated.

The replacement to my thermos lid was called to my attention. The process took a bit of time, but was smooth in the end. Very satisfied.

Its been 5 weeks since I filled out the form for my recalled Thermos lids. Still have not got them I have two S k 300 MB 4

I have not received my replacement recalled item. I've been asked several times for the same info and I've sent pictures after pictures and still no replacement. You'll have proof of purchase and statement the item would be mailed over 3 months now, nothing received.

I haven't received the replacement for the recalled lids yet. Since this is still an open item, it's difficult for me to rate your customer service other than slow.

Still have not received recalled lid to my thermos. It has been a couple months.

In the first week of May I received an email that my Thermos brand thermos had a recall. I replied with the required photos almost immediately. On May 14 they sent me a reminder about the recall. I had already taken care of it and replied earlier. On June 2nd I received a notification that my product was eligible for the part recall and that they would be sending me the part. My timeline is 7 to 9 weeks. Well, I don't understand because it didn't take them 7 to 10 weeks to process my payment when I bought the product. As soon as they approved my product met the requirements to meet the product recall my replacement part should have been sent out. We are now approaching the 9 week point since the recall was sent out and I responded. We are past the 6 week mark since they approved my product recall. They are taking their time. I will take my time if I ever buy another product from them again.

Amazon notified me of the recall. I responded quickly. I contacted Thermos Brand and was told I needed to provide a photo of my pressure lid thing in the trash. I presumed that meant I was to throw it away. I did provide the photo. Weeks later I am told my claim was denied. Then WHY did YOU tell me to send you a photo of the thing in the trash. Terrible. I "appealed" and am still waiting for the thing. Very disorganized, bad process. Give me a break. Definitely changes my perception of this brand.

I bought a black thermos for our kids lunch at Walmart and we've had it less than 6 months and the black part on the outside is all peeling off. We bought a different brand kids thermos on Amazon for less $, we've had it for 1. 5 years and it's still intact. Super disappointed in this brand and we won't be purchasing again.
