Makes cooking meats so much easier and less guesswork

I’m still getting to grips with my Thermapen Classic. First impression was that it was bigger in size than I thought it was going to be. Should have paid more attention to the information provided. I used it on my turkey at Christmas and was interested to see the different readings from different parts of the bird. Also used it on my steaks but didn’t feel that confident in using it as I’m used to timing my steaks.

Extremely quick to use and accurate

Pricey but good value. Well made and does the job. No problems.

Just what you need in a commercial kitchen

I keep this handy in one of the kitchen drawers and has become something I never knew I needed. I use it at least three times a week now.

It is good to have a container to keep the thermometer clean and slightly protected as it is a soft whip able case.

This is perfect for my medical needs - and I'm sure could help many others like me. I need medication at intervals throughout the day. Most cheap kitchen timers just squeak at intervals up to one hour when I need a loud tone at longer intervals - and for that this timer is just perfect, Thank you!
