My bike arrived as described and was well packaged. However, after quick assembly the di2 was completely non-functional. I took it to my local bike shop. They found that the battery connection at the seat post was very corroded. They cleaned up the connection and removed the bottom bracket to ensure the battery cord fed properly through the seat post. I paid $75. 00 for the service. I have taken several rides on my new (used) bike and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I contacted TPC with the issue regarding the di2. They reimbursed me for the $75. 00 service after I provided them with the receipt. Thank you TPC for a great bike and good customer service. David H.

Shifter controller has the paddles backwards. Tried adjusting the controller, dropper post doesn't work. set it back, the dropper works.

I had to figure out the Shimano Di2 system by watching tutorials. I did not know how to connect the battery or how to adjust the shifting. It seems that the battery was also dead when it arrived. The QR code on the box did not work. Once I figured the Shimano Di2 system out, my wife and I loved the system and the bike. Thanks

The repair is just OK, it is a bit bulky and not finished to match the frame. The build assembly is poorly done: - everything is dry, no grease, no anti-seize, no thread lock, no fiber grip was used. - disc brakes are horrible… rear brake lever to the bars with zero braking, front brake super spongy and half power at best. - rotors and pads need replacing - brake hydraulic hoses excessively long and noisy rattling in frame - shifting needed to be 100% fully reset - headset bearings are shot, ratcheting and detent indexing the steering no matter the preload - overall a very poor quality build, not even home “DIY”… not professional mechanic or quality bike shop *I had to fully rebuild from bare frame… properly grease/anti-seize/thread lock/fiber grip all fasteners and contacts, replace bearings, new rotors & pads, trim hoses…etc. , etc. … — The bike was however packed very well and shipped without a scratch or other incident 👍
