Overall love the bike, however while putting together I noticed rear tire was a little flat. No problem, I’ll add air & took for test ride immediately had to stop at 3 local shops to add air. Noticed a leak at the valve, realized it was much different from front valve. Shop took wheel apart & said it was the wrong valve for rim & taped horribly together, not sealed very well. Even mentioned he’d be curious to check the front wheel. After the repair it was great. So not quiet ride ready, but almost. Just a bummer had to put money into bike first day.

One ride so far, but I’m extremely happy with it. Condition was even better than described. I had a Trek store attach pedals and look it over, and they were impressed. The correspondence with TPC was very easy and helpful throughout the process. Definitely glad I went with TPC!

I hadn't been on a bike in several years and hadn't bought one in even longer, so I was a little cautious going in. I had my eye on the Roubaix specifically because it's built for the long rides I'm getting back into, and TPC happened to have the exact build I wanted at a price that actually made sense. What sold me was the experience around the purchase. Every question I asked got a quick, helpful response from their team, and the delivery was seamless start to finish. The bike showed up exactly as described and inspected. For a first purchase with a company I hadn't used before, this set the bar high. I'm pleased with the bike and the service, and TPC will be my first stop when it's time to add to the stable.

I was concerned as to the state of the main battery pack since it’s an older model but it’s rock-solid. The hills in southwest VA just got a little bit flatter. This is an honest company.

Frame was as pictured, staff answered questions I had accurately, frame packed well, shipped with a couple business days.

Communication from the TPC was great and also answering a lot of my questions. Highly recommend TPC when buying components and I do plan on buying some more from them in the future.
