Turns out. . influencing works. I’d never heard of TCP until I heard about it in a bikepacking video by Everything’sBeenDone. (And I used to work in the industry!) I went to the website, searched for a bike and bought one 90 minutes later. Easy communications, everything clear, great photos on the site, no surprises, and the bike was delivered 8 days later. Very well packaged and excellently serviced. I almost wished we needed more communication, but there simply wasn’t any reason for it. Enormously looking forward how my new rig will hold up!

I am using the bike as a commuter. It's great. I did have a challenge when I accidentally pulled an internal cable that connects to the battery for the head light and taillight. That was a bit careless on my part but it was also super easy to make the mistake if someone else is buying a similar bike.
