I followed exact assembly instructions which did not account for installing the rear derailleur. Furthermore, despite following all instructions provided, my rear disc brake is either misaligned or the disc itself is bent.

Service and shipping was great, just wish I knew the steerer tube was cut, I would of most likely went with something else

Great price for bike condition and arrived safely and well-packaged. My one complaint is it was sent with two different tires - one aluminum, one carbon. No notice that would be the case. Thankfully I’m not a super advanced rider so I can deal with the mismatched tires, but I could see a more advanced rider being annoyed.

Good packaging but the bike seemed a touch dirty and no sealant/lubricant in the tubeless tires had to buy that no biggie just if it was looked over by a master mechanic they might need a bike refresher
