Outstanding service. Personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Especially for somebody new to the sport. Thanks!

Fast shipping and clear communication all the time

Bike is in great shape. Wasn't tubeless, but I knew that. Also no crank-boots. But the bike is amazing, and the service from Pro's closet is second to none. Couldn't recommend enough.

Great website and customer service - shipping was very fast to Hawaii! Everything was boxed very well and assembly was a breeze!

I recently purchased a bike from The Pro’s Closet, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The bike arrived in excellent condition and was actually far better than I expected. It's not often that a purchase exceeds your expectations, especially when buying a pre-owned bike, but The Pro’s Closet delivered.

I liked how this bike came packaged and how quickly it was shipped, once at a bike shop I had it adjusted to fit and pedals; ready to go. As when I ordered my road bike, this one arrived quickly and was a snap to get together. I have recommended Pro's Closet to my friends that ride and imagine they'll be purchasing their next bike from you. I didn't get the phone call like I did with my road bike purchase and was surprised by that, perhaps things have changed. Thank you, Pro's Closet!

Easy shipping

Very easy to shop at the store. Staff was intelligent, knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. No nonsense, no Hassel and a great value on a used bike. The bike looks brand new.

Justin-great!

Bicycle was as described. Very easy transaction I would recommend buying a bike from these guys.

My second bike from the PC. Fast delivery & good tracking. Easy set up upon arrival. Some learning curve for me with the electronics, but great bike to ride.

Fantastic bike, was well serviced and ready to ride right out of the box. Excellent customer service and fast shipping, couldn’t be more satisfied!

This is my 3rd bike from Pros Closet and it is working out nicely.

Excellent purchase experience…. The Orbea Wild arrived in excellent shape ready to ride. I did have to replace the tires with enduro casing soft compound tires. Other than that everything is perfect

I like this bicycle. It is good.

Brake caliper arrived quickly and fits and performs as expected. I've previously used TPC to purchase a bike and have been satisfied on both occasions.

Everything went exactly as promised. Took my bike in for credit without issue and the bike I bought was in great shape and exactly what I was looking for at a substantial savings from new prices.

Buyer experience was not as good as expected. Being told that I needed to treat the sale as I would buying from FB Marketplace or Craigslist - e. g. , buyer beware, was not a great message. With no service warranty, what's the value-ad? Will consider this before next purchase. . .

Decent quality and works for my application. I am somewhat disappointed that the part is no longer manufactured in Japan, an unfortunate turn by Shimano.

Bike is great, easy process!
