Pros Closet is great!

Good price, excellent condition, superb service and attention from tech/sales personnel when I picked it up from TPC. It fits well, no mechanical issues, battery seems good. It was so much fun to take out on our initial ride yesterday. This is our third transaction with TPC and we are/have been pleased each time. We are simply recreational riders and what I like is the way they treat us with respect and seriousness, no condescending attitudes. As budget conscious riders looking for value in a quality e-assist road bike, we were treated like we are as important as someone willing and able to spend a lot more

Service was attentive. The bike was not ready when I went to get it (though I did not go until they said it was ready), so I had to wait a bit. Probably an internal communications hiccup. But waiting in such a nice bike shop was not a problem.
