Finally pulled the trigger and purchased a 2020 Pivot Mach 4 SL XX1 AXS Mountain Bike from TPC. Bike arrived on time in excellent condition. Packaging and care was beyond expectation. Got one good ride in before the weather turned lousy. Hoping to get more rides in soon. With others who purchased their bikes from TPC. Overall experience was excellent and will definitely buy more from TPC.

I shop your web site but prices need to be more competitive. I shop all the Web sites This is the first time for me to communicate but don’t get me wrong but used bikes need to come with better pricing and not with what you can get away with. Everytime I go on your web site the AI kicks in and trying to manipulate me but instead just say hi and be more friendly Jensen alway is more competitive and it’s run by a bike shop. You will probably disagree but that is the way. We I am talking to with someone with like me with fifty plus years in the bike business. Mail order is and was the death to bike shops. TKX

Some finish damage not photo'd/disclosed, but TPC made it right with a price adjustment. All parts included as listed, otherwise in good shape for an older frame. Online support very helpful throughout the process, and frame was packed very well, and shipped reasonably fast too. Looking forward to putting some miles on my first carbon frame .
