These wheels arrived in Excellent condition and I love them so far. Excellent upgrade to my Trek Domane SL 5. I can feel the difference especially when going downhill my bike feels more stable and smooth.

All good -- only hiccup was a missing torque wrench in the packaging (per the videos) but I already had one so all good.

Sold as Pre-Owned in excellent condition. The post does not return to full height after use. Installed on my bike and only tested in the bike stand. For being sold in “excellent” condition I expected it would not need servicing prior to the first ride.

Everything was good till I unpacked my bike out of the box. The rear derailleur and derailleur hanger was damage. I had to take it to Wheel house cycle to get repaired. It cost me $60. 00 dollars and 3days without a bike. The way it was packed and shipped with the foam right on the bottom dera

Great bike. One of the hydraulic brakes isn't working correctly so I have to bleed and refill. The company is easy to get along with but definitely not cheap.
