Solid feel to fabric, nice fit, should keep me warm!

As in my previous email, my wife loves the bike. Just has that annoying tick in the drive train when under load. When the bike gets to Montana I will look to take care of this. Craig

The bike description and pictures really gave me a good idea of what it looked like and what "blemishes" it had. I ordered the bike on a Monday and had it that Friday. The packaging was very good and dept the bike safe. I was very pleased with my overall experience.

I’ve been hunting for the right bike for years, but I just couldn't justify the "brand new" price tag. While I looked at local listings, The Pro's Closet always seemed to have the best selection and value without the typical headaches of FB Marketplace. I finally pulled the trigger on my dream bike and the process was incredibly smooth. I opted to buy online and pick up in-store, and the team on-site was fantastic. They were patient and knowledgeable, helping me pick out pedals and advising on which wireless dropper seat post would work best for me. What really stood out was the customer service after the sale. It turned out the seatpost I initially purchased was a bit too long for my height, making the fit a little off. When I went back, they handled the return and exchange for a different size with no questions asked. They were clearly more interested in making sure I felt comfortable and confident on the bike than just making a quick sale. I couldn't be happier with the bike or the experience. If you're looking for high-end gear without the brand-new markup, I highly recommend these guys!

The shopping experience was excellent and the bike arrived faster than I expected. Other than the bizarre situation with the wrong sized tube being in the tire, there were no issues with the bike.

I got to opportunity to go shop at TPC warehouse- such kind and knowledgeable staff (JP helped me). He was able to review all my requirements and "wants" on a new gravel bike with all their current stock. So glad I went in person to try all the inventory. Love the bike I purchased. Met my bike mechanic who went through the bike with me and also verified it was all good to go. Stoked on my new purchase and so relieved to bypass that stage of buying a used bike from basing owners word on the bike vs knowing an expert took a look at it and I know I am getting a quality bike all clean and ready to ride. Great experience.

I love it - arrived in perfect condition. Clearly a mechanic had checked it over. . . . beautifully maintained as described on TPC site. Put on some new pedals and off I go ! I am lucky because my neighbor has the same cycle . . . he got me in touch with TPC and shared tech equipment knowledge for me , used to riding a n old hard tail man bike, with manual everything. Somewhat disappointed that I didn’t get free shipping being it was my second bike purchase. My original offer was more than I paid for the bike. I was on the fence about buying it. I watched the price drop nearly every two weeks and then the spring sale discount. Seems like they could have had a pre set price

Bike arrived with a broken dropper post and a cracked rear hub. 450 dollars later its a pretty nice bike. . . . Unacceptable.

Nick was awesome in helping me find ‘my bike’. Adam was incredibly helpful and patient teaching me how to care for tubeless tires with sealant injection. Seth taught me how to program my phone to detect shifter battery life.
