Frame was as pictured, staff answered questions I had accurately, frame packed well, shipped with a couple business days.

Communication from the TPC was great and also answering a lot of my questions. Highly recommend TPC when buying components and I do plan on buying some more from them in the future.

Answered all my questions when asked for everything from taking pictures, to what to leave on the wheels, how I will get reimbursed after sending my wheels for credit. Most of the time the person responded fairly quickly within 24 hours or sooner even with 2 hour time zone difference.

reached out to customer service with a question after i placed my order. got a reply very quickly from a real human, who was super friendly and helpful. shipping time was reasonable, great product for a great price. have been recommending theproscloset ever since.

Came with bent front brake rotor, noisy, worn chainring and a dropper post that clicks and needs rebuild. Stoked on bike but bummed to pay so much for a machine that still requires servicing.

I have purchased 2 bikes from TPC and am happy with both purchases. The ordering, packaging and delivery were all spot on. Where they fell short was on my last customer service exchange. The bike I ordered was shipped "tubeless". I sent an email asking if they had put any sealant in the tires and if so, how much. The reply from TPC was " all our bikes ship with tubes" even tubeless. As I knew my bike did not come that way, I replied to the customer service agent "MJ" , that it would be better to answer IDK rather than give an incorrect answer. From that point on no reply. It's not a BIG deal, but acknowledging an error and trying to remedy it goes a long way. Not responding get a lesser review. Just the same, I will probably do business with them in the future.

Service, shipping and bike quality were all excellent. I’ll work with TPC again when I am in need of a new ride.
