Came on time and as expected.

The bike is great so far and the employees at the shop were super helpful!

love the bike. condition is exactly as described. buy/ sell process was smooth.

Great bike! Shipping was great, easy to use the bike right out of the box. No issues for 100 miles of training, and I just finished a 70. 3 race with this bike. Much faster than my old one!

Brakes came in good order (I bought them "open-box"). It was good buying from TPC, I'll buy again from them.

Great deal on the bike I wanted and got a fair trade in for my bike.

Good product. Good price. Excellent condition.

Excellent customer service, fast shipping, always quick and clear communication. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Super impressed with quality of the bike and new components

This is the second bike I’ve bought from TPC and they never disappoint. Showed up packaged well in great shape. Been riding it daily ever since!

ALL AMAZING!!

Came in a solid package - looks as described. Haven't been able to ride it yet though but don't see things being an issue.

The customer service prior to the purchase was outstanding. The bike arrived as stated and the packaging was insane, but off course the bike was in perfect condition The set up was easy and no missing parts. I purchased a used 2023 Cervelo Soloist an it was in better shape than described. The bike was in show room condition. Great job through and through.

Fantastic group to work with!!

Beautiful bike and as advertised. I unfortunately have not had a chance to ride it yet as on arrival the front brakes were not functional - took it to my local Trek dealer in Lee's Summit MO and they stated the brake line fluid leaked on the rotor and brake pad and both needed replacing. They could not grind down the rotor to remove the issue. The parts just came in today (8-7-26) and will be installed by the Trek dealer at a cost of $178.

Bike is in great condition, and I love how it was packed, so that it was easy to put together and be on the road in no time.

I really dislike this bike. Tons of drag and stem way too long.

The Bike shipped quickly and in mint condition, the dream bike I have been waiting for!

Great set of ZIPP wheels for an amazing price. Nice.

Thank you for returning my stolen bike after 4+ years. I purchased it originally from TPC and followed your advice to register it in case of theft. That registration and your careful checking of submitted bikes for sale helped me get reunited with my bike. Thanks!!!!
