Items were exactly as described, packaging and shipping were top notch. Pricing was slightly higher than market but this is reflected in the item description and accuracy of listing.

Perfectly described excellent condition crankset

Great

Hi- A couple of issues, minor but just the same. It came without the S&S spanner wrench. The bar tape was new, however the wrap was loose and after a short ride needs to be re-wrapped. Also, the cable splitters were not tightened down, and when I snugged them down, it caused the shifting to be off slightly.

Bought a gently used 4 year old Specialized Epic EVO at a great price. It was super clean, beautifully packed and in great condition when it arrived at my door just a few days after I hit the “buy” button. I’ve put a hundred or so miles on it in the last few weeks and couldn’t be happier with the bike or the whole purchase process with TPC. Bought some new pedals from them in the mean time and equally happy with that purchase too.

Good working product

Great product - appeared almost as good as new. Works well, exactly as expected.

The bike rides and works well. Frame wear marks and tire wear are inconsistent with the 100 miles advertised on the bike.

Great customer service. Upon receipt of tue bike, it did not shift well, turns out bent derailleur hanger. PC took my call, authorized me to go to my local shop to get it fixed, send them a bill and reimbursement was quick. Nobody wants to head straight to the bike shop with their new bike, but PC made it right.

Excellent and fast service, extremely happy/

fast shipping good deal

Stoked on this bike!!! Thanks pros closet

Both of the bikes that we brought needed additional repairs after we received them. In one case the derailer had to be replaced and in the other case, the great shifter had a cable that was jammed inside and so that gears did not shift fully.

Great all around people, product, and service.

Product was received and matched the description. I'd buy from TPC again. It was a good value to me.

Great deal on a sram rival rear mech. Arrived in great condition. Will definitely check pros closet again.

Quick shipping. Communication can be frustrating as it all depends on email

I wish there would've been some instructions about how to set up the bike since this was a large upgrade for me to Di2 and disc brakes, so I was unsure of how safe it all was to ride since I had only set it up myself. Also it was hard to find the charging port. also the handlebar wrap job was kinda botched. Overall though I'm very happy with how it was sent in such good condition and so easy to set up (after watching some videos haha).

Loving this new to me Revel Rascal. Delivery was seamless and I was on the bike the next day! There were a few minor issues that I noticed after the first ride and the customer service team at TPC quickly assisted with resolving them. This bike is also dog approved though he prefers to run ahead of me, chasing the fast riders. I highly recommend using TPC for your next bike!

Frame is in great condition and I'm very very happy with the Scott Genius. Building these isn't hard at all, you just remove the rear shock (2 bolts) and there's plenty of room and routing clips inside the frame. The listing did talk about Tracloc several times, so I incorrectly assumed it was included with the frame; it was not. It was giving general information about the frame/shock functionality. I was disappointed to realize that when unboxing, but I should have asked more specfically when chatting with TPC support before buying.
