Bike arrived with broken rear derailleur. Would have been easy to check. Shipped a used replacement part. No help on installation. Slow customer service. No refunds or compensation. Can’t ride the bike for weeks. Very disappointed by this company.

Some finish damage not photo'd/disclosed, but TPC made it right with a price adjustment. All parts included as listed, otherwise in good shape for an older frame. Online support very helpful throughout the process, and frame was packed very well, and shipped reasonably fast too. Looking forward to putting some miles on my first carbon frame .

Good experience

The bike purchase and delivery went great with a lovely Giant road machine delivered clean and fresh looking. Only problem, the saddle was at it's uppermost limit and it was still too low for me. After contact with TPC and explaining my difficulty, they, without hesitation, authorized a return of the bike and coverage of the shipping offering a full return of my $$. Sure does make me feel better about having to send it back. And I will continue to peek at their offerings knowing it's a company which values me a bit.

I have not received the product and I requested a refund and cancellation of the order. I received no response to that. I am not pleased with TPC ‘s performance.
