So far, I love the bike and am almost 200 miles in with it and enjoying each ride a lot with the electronic shifting and comfort of the bike. The purchasing process was really easy and being in state to the store was a nice bonus to be able to test drive the bike and speak with the very nice store associates there. I appreciate that the website notes all frame damage to paint or any problems with the bike itself. Only disappointment after purchasing the bike is that the electronic shifting mechanism does not work to flip into the bigger gear and I am stuck with not being able to go higher than about 20 miles per hour. Not sure when that damage happened as the first ride after bringing the bike home this problem came up and noticed the shifting mechanism was damaged and bent.

Very good shopping experience and a good price. Only hiccup is that the description said hub bearing were smooth. The front hub was very gritty and I've taken the wheel to LBS to replace bearings. Not a big deal, and it's not a significant after-purchase cost, but wheels were not exactly as described.
