I always buy this even though my pool is smaller-- but the water is always clear and I have no issues after opening!

Shipping was fast and well packaged.

We recently purchased a pool from this company, and the purchase process was super easy! The delivery was speedy, efficient, and everything arrived exactly as expected. The pool itself is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and are looking forward to making many memories and enjoying it all summer long. Highly recommend this company for their great service and quality products!

From Customer Service to delivery was awesome quality of liner is very very good

Works great

With that they would of had a video specific to our pool we ordered. Video we watched was very vague, was not the pool we ordered. We guessed alot on putting it up.

Shipping was quick, accurate and stress free . It was shipped the next day after I ordered it. Extremely happy with the service. Their customer service was also terrific. I had two occasions to speak with customer service and both times they were accurate and helpful. Very pleased with The Pool Factory . A++++
