The Pool Factory is a well run organization, that stands 100 % behind their product. I bought a 12’ x 21’ oval above ground pool. It was everything I wanted and then some. The pool arrived to my house 4 days early and with that improved schedule, I received 4 calls / text to ensure I had a perfect delivery. The Sales Manager (Kevin) that I worked with was the best person I could have. He took the time I needed to ensure I got the pool and all the things I required for my “backyard beauty” It is a great quality product with a great price.
