18”x 48” round Bristol pool- very sturdy, great quality. Easy to maintain. Our kids love it- they’ve been swimming in it everyday! Perfect size! Would definitely recommend!

HORRIBLE COMPANY — DO NOT BUY FROM POOL FACTORY Brand-new pool heater doesn't work, period. Spent thousands getting it installed, only to find out it doesn't actually heat my pool. Then you try to get customer service and get ZERO help. They advertise one thing, but when you confront them about it, suddenly the description "means something else" and they come up with a million excuses and technicalities. Happy to take your money, but when there's a problem, good luck getting anyone to answer or take responsibility. Terrible product, terrible customer service, and absolutely NO accountability. I regret buying from Pool Factory and would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Great company great product

Installation wasn't very smooth and directions could have been much clearer. The directions were out of date and had different parts included that weren't in the directions. The track and rails were difficult to install because the length of the wall was longer than what the track laid out as.

Directions for assembly were not helpful. We spent more time wondering which piece is for what part of the pool more than actually assembling it. Nothing is numbered or labeled in the box so you play the guessing game as to what part goes where. If the manual was "dummied" down it would be five stars!

Nice pool

When I ordered my 18x33 saltwater 8000 pool, it arrived within a week. The folks at The Pool Factory, walked me through everything I needed and explained all the options such as, pumps, filters, liner options, etc. , for my specific pool. During setup I reached out to tech support several times with questions and they were eager to explain and answer any and all my concerns. The pool turned out fantastic ! I decided to go with The Frog Mineral System thanks to tech support, and I'm so glad I took their advice ! My pool is crystal clear and so easy to maintain with this system. My family and friends say it's the nicest above ground pool they've ever seen ! I agree ! Thanks to all at, The Pool Factory ! I'm so glad I chose you !

Ordered the BEST from the BEST!

Shipping took less than a week. We had five people to set up the pool and it took about 6 hours to put everything together and about a day in a half to fill the pool. Would definitely recommend ordering from them again.
