I recently needed assistance with my pond maintenance and guidance as to which products to purchase. I emailed The Pond Guy SEVERAL times with questions. Each time, the response was almost immediate. "They" say that a lot is lost in written communication. . . But I'm here to tell you that I actually felt the concern and willingness to help in these emails. I actually felt guilty with the number of emails that I sent to get answers to new questions. The responses were ALWAYS pleasant and informative. I ordered products which I have not received yet ( it's only been a few days) but I am totally confident that the products I did order is exactly what I need. This was all done with me sending pictures of my pond and describing what my situation is. I cannot emphasize enough the quality of customer service that I received, which these days, is almost nil.
