I recently reached out to The Point Guy's customer service via phone & email with detailed questions about purchasing a pond pump. To be honest I was completely uneducated about purchasing and what type I needed. Nancy went above and beyond with thoroughly researching my question, gathering information on pumps and what would/would not work, and sending a detailed reply that answered everything I asked Nancy's responses were professional, educated, and genuinely helpful.
