I recently needed assistance with my pond maintenance and guidance as to which products to purchase. I emailed The Pond Guy SEVERAL times with questions. Each time, the response was almost immediate. "They" say that a lot is lost in written communication. . . But I'm here to tell you that I actually felt the concern and willingness to help in these emails. I actually felt guilty with the number of emails that I sent to get answers to new questions. The responses were ALWAYS pleasant and informative. I ordered products which I have not received yet ( it's only been a few days) but I am totally confident that the products I did order is exactly what I need. This was all done with me sending pictures of my pond and describing what my situation is. I cannot emphasize enough the quality of customer service that I received, which these days, is almost nil. I highly recommend this company and I know they will take care of you as well as they have taken care of me.

The de-icer arrived swiftly, and it worked great! The fish love it!

The staff and products are great. Specifically, I recommend the Pond Clear bacteria and enzyme additive. My . 25 acre pond looks great and I've gotten a lot of compliments. All I have to do is throw in two packets every two weeks. It worked so well last summer I just ordered the 96-packet value size. Also, Jenny was very helpful getting the $25 off coupon they sent me to work.
