I purchased an Airmax EcoSeries fountain in Sept of 2023. Had electrical issues and sent it back 2 times for repair. The 3rd time the issue arose The Pond Guy sent me a new updated fountain at no charge. Could not be happier with their customer service.

I had detailed questions about my 16 year old 14'X7' 2000+ gallon pond. I had bought 2 diaphragm compressors, 2 airlines and 2 diffusers years ago and they both worked perfectly with no maintenance.
