This dress is just classic and I got so many compliments wearing it!

Really happy with the items I bought but the fact you have to pay to return stuff is frustrating and the tags that state they must be on to return something fell off very easily.

These were final sales. The white sweater is unnaturally large. I will need to give it away. The crimson also is large. Not as bad. I am very disappointed by the sizing. He takes lg in tee shirts. These were odd.

Love Theory clothing, I just updated my wardrobe of trousers and cashmere sweaters. I found a vest on the website to match a pair of trousers to complete the outfit. The website is great.

Customer service was awesome and non pressured. Sales Rep went out of his way.

The return rules for sale items are very strict, especially regarding certain garments where it is difficult to determine the best size. It would be beneficial to have a store credit policy for sale items as an alternative form of refund.

My experience is very good except for the last order. DPD is a very unreliable courier; they regularly don’t deliver to my address instead take the packages to their drop point. Unfortunately, last order I couldn’t pick it up, and it has been over a month since I raised the issue, and I am still waiting for an answer.

I had a great experience at Theory! I had been looking for a slim pair of black pants that had pockets and belt loops for 2 years and could not find anything I liked. I was really happy to find a great pair at Theory. The salesperson was very helpful and kind. Thank you!
