Final sale items do not State “no price adjustments”I purchased an item on final sale and the next day before the item had shipped, the item price was reduced significantly. I requested a price adjustment and was told “no price adjustments on final sale items”. This is not OK. The item I bought was a final sale. It did not say not eligible for price adjustments.

Worst quality and worst customer service. Material felt like primark. Was so flimsy. Was a £279 pair of trousers. Sizing was 10 times too big. Sewn completely wonky. Returns process was mental and when I tried to get help from customer service they weren’t available for about 5 days and then told me they couldn’t assist. Still stuck with the trousers that I can’t send back because of the ridiculous returns.

Fabric was beautiful, but the shoulders were cut tight. I have wide shoulders, but blouses usually aren’t a problem.

The website is extremely unstable. Payment issues pretty much every time when trying to add items or removing them from the cart, than the option to check out doesn't even show anymore.
