I mistakenly ordered size 34, I actually needed a size of 33. How can I exchange my recent purchase of size 34 to a size 33?

I purchase a pair of pants here and received a dirty pair of pants that was covered in lint. After reaching out to customer service they did not provide any useful assistance. I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone unless you’re looking for used like quality.

Theory products ( I own 3) are excellent, well-made and well-priced. The last item purchased from the Theory website seems particularly well-made of an excellent fabric. Fit is usually better than similar brands using “international” sizing.

My wife adores the coat, so much so that she had her seamstress alter it to size. Thank you. . . the coat was only exceeded by the Theory customer service representative who was so accommodating and gracious. Theory is fortunate to have her as an employee. . .

Beautiful sweater. However sizing is off. Not a true medium. Quality is superb.

Highly disappointed with this purchase. The coat was advertised well, but the fit is completely off. I ordered the smallest size available in petite, and it is still far too big and poorly proportioned. Unfortunately, the item is final sale, and the company only allows size exchanges—not returns—so I am now stuck with a coat that does not fit me at all. This policy feels especially frustrating given how inaccurate the sizing is. A “petite” option should reasonably fit smaller frames, and this one simply does not. I would not have purchased this coat had I known the sizing ran this large or that returning it would be impossible. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend buying unless you are absolutely certain about the fit.
