I had ordered the wrong color pants online and unfortunately wasn’t able to return online. However, the customer service rep on the phone guided me through the process of returning the order and rebuying the correct color. She matched the promo price as well which was great. It was an easy process.

I was charged for goods I didn't pick up, still haven’t been refunded and customer service is awful. After this experience I won’t be ordering from Theory again.

Simple and elegant

The products are ok but the online experience is the worst I have ever had during all of my years of online shopping. And believe me I do everything online. Even shopping from abroad is more pleasant and reassuring and easy. Specially if an item is the wrong size return is so difficult its best to give it as a gift to a friend. Which is what I have done with mine.

Website was easy to use and navigate. I was able to clearly make a selection and paying was easy. It was an overall efficient experience. I appreciated the ease of purchase.

I realize its due to the Christmas rush but the shipping and updates could be better planned. Was not happy with the delays.

I was disappointed with jackets’s condition. It had numerous deep wrinkles and several areas where the fabric appeared indented, likely from being folded for extended period. Tried using a steamer to correct, but it did not work. Given the price, I expected better quality. Also, the gift box was damaged and had ripped corners. I would like to get a replacement box as soon as possible.

I love all my garments created by Theory. They have become staples in my wardrobe and with care have lasted for decades! My two recent additions of black and winter white crew neck cashmere sweaters helped restock my closet after an unfortunate moth invasion. Thank you Theory for producing classic pieces like these at reasonable price points.
