Thanks for your exchange on final sale items, Theory. I recently purchased a Good Linen blazer and wanted a pant to match so I purchased the relaxed pull-on copped pant in size 12 (final sale) but you let me exchange them for a size 10 (should have 'listened' in the first place to reviews about the pant being generally TTS) and the process was easy and reliable.

I'm disappointed in the quality of this jacket. Many labels are finding ways to cut corners, and when you order online, you can't really see what those cuts are until you receive the item. I hadn't expected a jacket that was so lightweight that it would be see-through. There's no lining or finishing that makes this worthy of the Theory name. I bought it on sale, so I can't return it, but I'm writing this review to let other people know not to expect this jacket to be a wardrobe staple - it's simply too flimsy. The fabric is also of questionable quality. I do like the elastic line at the waist and back though.

Excellent fabric great fit

I just discovered your brand and I really like the styles and quality of your products. However, the sizing seems a bit confusing. The T-shirt I bought, size M, fits perfectly, while size L is slightly loose, but I still really like it. The cashmere sweater, however, feels too big in size M; I'd need to go down at least one size. I'm still figuring out the sizing. I hope you have some delicate brooches to match my outfits; that would be even better. I really love your products!
