I changed sizes due to medical issues, so I was concerned about ordering a much smaller size until I saw that I could exchange the size only although the outfit was on sale. It worked beautifully in the smaller size, I love the fabric and the only thing it needs is a hem (short people need that). Can't wait to wear it to dinner or summer events.

So far, I have received excellent customer service when shopping on Theory. com. Orders are fulfilled and received quickly. Returns, if necessary, are easy to initiate and are processed quickly with updated communication during the entire process.

I love Theory and have always appreciated the brand’s timeless, sophisticated aesthetic. The team at the Walnut Street location is consistently welcoming, knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service, which makes shopping there a great experience. My only critique is regarding the marketing. I would love to see more Black female models whose styling reflects the feminine elegance that Theory is known for. Some of the current campaigns featuring Black women lean toward a more masculine presentation, which doesn’t always showcase how the clothing can complement traditionally feminine silhouettes. Greater variety in styling and representation would allow more customers to see themselves reflected while still staying true to the brand’s refined identity.

I’m always happy with the quality of Theory products. VERY happy that you are including petite styles in pants (would love to see some wide pants in Good Wool - navy and black, in a petite length). Also happy that you have a bracelet length jacket in the Good Wool (I have bought one in navy and black) for petite sizes.
