My order got lost and never has been delivered. However my credit card was charged. I would appreciate a refund or a replacement.

Very difficult to return

Website is fine. Products were bad. Linen pants fit perfectly but the seat bagged out within hours. Seperately, I bought a final sale pant that was too small (although my size) but the website said there were no other sizes for which it could be exchanged.

Awful. The measurements are not true to size. Theory always runs about 3 inches too long on me and this one ran only an inch and a half. There’s no measurements given this description that this is a shorter pant. Feel very misled.

Issues with your website: 1It is near impossible to determine what the fabric looks like. verbally explain it,,,’sheer, shiny, rough, etc. 2 it is very difficult to see the details,,, like pocket openings, stitching etc. on products that are black, or baltic, 3 your scattershot approach to showing your product obfuscates rather than clarifies your offerings. I find it annoying.

These slacks are enormously large, perhaps incorrectly sized. I have been wearing Theory pants for 10+ years, always my favorites, as they fit perfectly. Most disappointing that I can no longer count on Theory for slacks that fit.
