Everything I've experienced with this company has been great!

The Handy's best feature is compatibility with other company or devices. I suppose other companies try to make their products forcefully 'buy only from us', and it doesn't work long term. The Handy has been very useful in my experience so it's my 2nd buy of a product that isn't a 'dead end' product. It successfully was repurposed to attach a fleshlight, however I might argue I should get the extension. I love most that while I bought The Handy's own sleeves, I enjoyed most that I could revisit my older sleeves and attach them to it. I also like that it's bluetooth was connected to VAM. I found this device very useful. I highly recommend providing customers with a 'strap' velcrow to replace the default one, that WARMS UP. Super easy product to make. Much needed. A strap that warms itself, hence warming the sleeve. Also make it longer for more versatile use, for sleeves come in all radial sizes. Second suggestion, while Handy 2 is coming out. . . Its most definitely not having the next feature needed. . If possible, make it just as 'not noisy at all' as the Handy 1, but somehow allowing it to either rotate left or right slightly, (im not into 360 rotation), allow it to tilt aswell in 4 directions slightly, and keep consideration of Virt-a-mate (which I use) and keep in mind those online websites. . generally they all talk to the handy with scripts to tell it through bluetooth etc (or wifi) what direction to go. Currently the Handy feels very stable, so doing all that rotating or movement functions while its still going up and down, and able to holster any fleshlight, or company made products, is probably the dream, while keeping it silent still, I have no clue how you'd pull it off, but it be awesome. Heck all those features might make it fragile. Either way just providing feedback and there's plenty of room to grow.
