Online store - It's confusing to see so many duplicates of the same accessories. Customer service: Slower than optimal communication times. Delivery: CS goes above and beyond delivering to Mexico. Just got my 2nd replacement unit, previous two were affected by battery issues, so far the new one is charging correctly. While It's not ideal to get a defective product and having to wait months to get a functional one, I can appreciate the company honoring their warranty.

I've been wanting to buy The Handy for a long time, but as I live in Russia and the company does not deliver here, I had to resort to using the services of a dealer in Poland to purchase it when The Handy 2 was released. But now that it's here, it's my favorite toy. Here are some of the things I love about The Handy: - The packaging is premium quality, and I can compare it to the packaging of Apple products. It's great to hold and open. - The design of The Handy 2 is adorable, with rubberized buttons and LEDs that glow beautifully at night. - It's attractive and discreet, so even if someone sees it, they might not know what it is. - I really like the unique locking system, which involves inserting the penis into the bundle and then magnetizing it. - There's a wide variety of great bundles, and my favorite is the Flow with an open head for extended edging. However, I would suggest making a wider diameter version for those with fatter penises. - A qualitatively isolated microcircuit protects the device from ingress of liquids. - Convenient attachment to the table with one handle ensures a tight fit. Remarks: - Sometimes there are issues with the device. If there is no command in the Funscript file for more than 10-20 seconds, the device stops and does not start moving again after a pause. - The default cord is short, and it is not specified which cord is required. There is also no power supply included, so I had to order the Fast Charger PD 65W analog from the website. All this took time instead of being able to start using the device right away. - The price is high (including delivery to Russia and taxes), but I am not disappointed with the purchase, as the company offers a great range of features with advanced technology. - To clean and lubricate the Handy 2, it is necessary to disassemble the device and remove the rubber band from the factory adhesive.
