Terrible, I ordered the handy 2 pro April 20-22 somewhere in there ups delivered it to the same address in a whole different town. Delivery address has a completely different town the. My shipping address and I don’t know who’s customer service is worse yours or ups because I’m still down $600 with no news or products.

I love this item, i have used it quite a bit since i received it. My only complaint with using The Handy is sometimes it bugs out when connected to bluetooth (might be my wifi to be fair). It kind of just freezes up or just keeps going even if i pressed stop on the video or software, but eventually it would reconnect.
