Mixed opinion. Once device total failure was observed, troubleshooting battery was no longer necessary. Agent had communicated that a replacement would be shipped but no confirmation received after a week. Ended up submitting a followup and another agent promptly responded with a shipping confirmation. The original agent then later provided an additional shipping confirmation. . . which worked out in the end since the original replacement also observed the same issues as the original device. Not sure if maybe the first agent was just truly that busy, or if he took vacation for a week, but lack of communication was a major point of note. In the end the Handy Team addressed the outstanding issue, so successful even if there were some bumps in the road, so to speak.
