Customer service was great, product was not.

Not only it is the best product, they also reached out fast replacing my product that was not working properly and gave me a new one that I’m happy with. Will in the future see to get accessories from them.

support was good, on the slow side and they could work on updating people along the way, its gotten better between the time i warrantied my first unit and my second unit so props to you folks for the progress but it still could be better.
