I loved The Handy 1, and the new version has everything that offered plus more. Overall I love my experience with The Handy 2. But I will list some negatives for feedback sake: 1. Charging. Since chargers were not included in the box to cut costs, the initial experience was rather confusing and unpleasant. I thought I would be fine with my Macbook charger as we were told it would work with any laptop charger. This isnt the case for some reason and I don't understand why, as every other usb-c device i have is able to charge with the macbook charger 2. The charge indicator on the device is innacurate. I could use it for a while and it will still say 100% or close to that. Theres no way the batter percentage could be in the high 90s after over an hour of use. Recent firmware updates have not fixed this. This issue persists on the second Handy 2 I received in January from a later Batch after my first one broke down 3. The first Handy 2 I received began to break down in a couple of ways after maybe 2-3 months. The first being the charging port broke off. I could still charge the device if inserted the cable in a specific way and was super careful not to bump the device at all. So far on my second device it seems fine. Was told this issue was fixed in later batches. 4. Another way my first handy broke down was that it eventually thought it was constantly over heating, preventing me from using the device. The temps were over 100 degrees even just after just turning the device on. It didnt feel warm at all to the touch. Something must have been wrong with the sensor. Not sure if this was fixed in future batches but its something that I'm scared might happen to the second device I received
