Overall an easy and smooth process, the faq was extremely useful.

Online store - It's confusing to see so many duplicates of the same accessories. Customer service: Slower than optimal communication times. Delivery: CS goes above and beyond delivering to Mexico. Just got my 2nd replacement unit, previous two were affected by battery issues, so far the new one is charging correctly. While It's not ideal to get a defective product and having to wait months to get a functional one, I can appreciate the company honoring their warranty.

The store it's self is good and so is the customer service only let down was the delivery as it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive though that is more down to the delivery company then handy
