Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with The Handy Team. The ordering process is straightforward and well organized. However, shipping to Germany is definitely an area that could be improved. It took 18 days from placing my order to receiving the package, which I find far too long. A delivery time of 7–10 days would be reasonable, but almost three weeks is excessive. I also find the €8 shipping fee quite high, especially for an order worth more than €50. Many competitors offer free shipping above a certain order value. Overall, a good shopping experience, but faster delivery and more competitive shipping costs would make a significant difference.

Yes this is the best sleeve money can buy, but even with the best, sometimes, things go wrong! My sleeve had a physical defect, the Handyteam support immediately replaced it, no additional costs for shipping or anything. I really appreciate this kind of policy, it’s a company I’ll stay loyal to.
