I could not believe the level of service I received. I have an older model and was unsure of the filter element required (my stockpile had run out). Thinking it was a shooting the dark, I sent photos of my bottle, as well as dominations, to customer service. This was later in the evening. To my surprise, delight, and amazement, I had an answer to my question the next morning! Not only that, the individual also told me what model of Grayl I have. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE, and more reason for me to love this product/company!

Great product so easy to review

My son wanted to upgrade the titanium water bottle to the larger size. They said yes, sent me an rma#. Good stuff. But we got his bottle on the Memorial Day sale 25% off. We e mailed on the last day of the sale. They got back to us on the next day. No more sale but they would honor the sale 25% off. But I didn’t get a coupon code or a way to assure me of the 25 off, so I called and nothing… repeated my phone # twice. Never got a response. Not cool.

It was difficult to reach a person for support. When I finally did, the answer I recieved was curt, and unhelpful. I was referred back to the self help information. I felt my questions were a nuisance to the customer service agent, and had no resolution to my issue.
