All good no bad I are happy

Great product high quality little pricey but overall I would definitely recommend it to anyone

I have left (2) two messages with Grayl support telling them I never received my order #: 5171734 for (2) cartridges. I have received a response which is very disappointing, not to mention poor customer service.

Excellent transaction, Excellent Quality and presentation. I now own 6, 4 TI's and 2 polymer.

Great service - come quickly - great product - well designed - never lets me down as I use it a lot on Gold Duke of Edinburgh expeditions throughout the Uk and abroad. First item I always pack.

Love the improvement to the filter so I can add electrolytes. Reasonably priced also

the product is fantastic. The actual shipping time was accurate, but the time to get it out the door was wayyyyyyyyyyy off.

I bought for a trip. Wow heavy. Good thing I don't have to carry a lot. Would never use backpacking. Why no 30+ oz... Probably because it would be 3 lbs. But it would be delightful if titanium was plastic inside so it was lighter than the full plastic one. Overall a bottle to do what I need. Probably won't use for anything but the trip but it's a nice bottle.

I was super excited to use my new Grayl filter on my backpacking trip in Colorado this past weekend. It was pretty easy to use and I loved being able to drink good tasting filtered water without worrying about viruses. The only two issues: it can be difficult to pull the fill cup back off the filter because of the water/suction pressure between the filter and the cup; it's also not the lightest piece of equipment, but it works great. Glad I was able to get one and would recommend.

10 out of 10 Wouldn't leave home without it on my travels.

The press shipped out the next business day after ordering over the weekend

Would have preferred to add it to the Grayl that I was purchasing at the time. Purchase process was not smooth.

I actually love my Grayl sling, if Grayl missed anything on their launch, it was color options, I mean no Grayl, GRAYl, it’s in the NAME even. But seriously, I love the sling, I love the capability and capacity. Too many slings are 1.5-7L and all that does is annoy me. Good stuff

Shipping was bad

I have used my grayl in some crazy places, I can honestly say I rely on it. Replacement filters are cheap for the service you get, came quick, well packaged! Great service!

Top quality product.

Shipping was a little slow but overall great experience.

Bottle is pictured as white, named as white, but is actually tan. . . Misrepresented. Pictures and probably the name should be updated so people don't end up with a color they don't want.

Great product and a quality produce and great value for money. Yes this is a large initial investment but it will last for a long time.

Bought this for camping and as part of my emergency preparedness kit. It feels extremely well made and robust, and I particularly like the titanium version as it gives me more options when I'm outdoors. It's not cheap, but I wanted something dependable that I could keep for years. Really pleased with it so far.
