Great website, and quick, accurate shipping. The geopress is very professionally packaged. I was a bit bummed that I didn’t receive the extra filter I ordered for a backup but hopefully I can get it once it’s back in stock. Excellent product that makes clean safe drinking water.

Ordered a filter and a grill water bottle and for a week no communication no notification or shipment then I reach out form that they’re out of stock of the filter that they said they had in stock and that they could not split the order up so that I had to cancel the filter and I just didn’t get to have one so I did that once I reached out to them they did communicate with me just seemed really weird

Shipping was fast. Provided a good flash sale deal so it was a reasonable price for me. Now I just need a replacement filter and I would be perfectly happy. I would write so many positive review for a free replacement filter :)

As I explained to a rep on an email, this product would be even better if there was a pressure release valve on the bottom of the bottle. The bottles would then be able to slide off one another with ease. It is very difficult to get the bottles apart from each other after filtering water. I am sending a Pic of an idea for Grayl Generation 2, for an idea. As a woman, if on a thru hike by myself, that would be frustrating and freak me out if I didnt have my husband to get the bottles apart!! We just hiked the Timberline Trail and used these for the first time. Loved how quickly they filter, but the 3 of us were irritated that you we really had to wiggle and funagle the bottles to get them apart. Could be more user friendly.

Response was fairly short and curt. Not very friendly or understanding. I felt that I brought a legitimate concern and it was placated with policy vs customer service based approach.

Item is scratched up on the inside, which micro abrasions will damage the seal overtime

I contacted you back in June and all your text messages or emails seems to have disappeared. I had to re-file everything and at that time when I first contacted you, you agreed to send a lid. I have no need for a new lid other than to replace the defective one. Now you’re spending all your time trying to avoid sending me that lid.

I asked for information about how an older model and how to get a replacement cartridge and I have gotten an answer quickly. Super nice! An idea for a archive page with all the models could be a nice idea.
