Great customer service

Your customer service rep. was patient, knowledgeable and helpful offering suggestions for trying to solve my troubles with my filter cup. This being said, I am disappointed that all but one suggestion I have tried and without success. And when trying the suggestion of holding the cup on the floor between my feet did not really make any difference as I still can't separate the two. I still feel disappointed that I can't use the filter cup because I can't pull it apart.

This bottle takes cheap plastic water bottles, tap fountains at the jobsite, or stale liquid from old WW2 buildings and makes it into a no-brainer. I never have to worry, I just attach it to my backpack and go about my day. The only thing I would do to take this review down a notch, though not worth a star. Is that the cap does not have an attachment for retainment. My ultrapress does come like that, I considered 3D printing something for my needs. All it needs is an attachment point for some paracord.

I appreciate the honest answers so I can plan what I will need to get to make a system that will do the job. . . If you get filters that can also clean out ag chemicals Grayl will be top of the top shelf! (Grayl is already top shelf, I'm just looking for a little bit more! Water if far too important and around this area ag chemicals are quite literally in all surface water. )

This hasn’t only been a great water bottle, but a wonderful tool to help stay hydrated in the most remote areas. I love camping, and I’ve been in areas where the water hasn’t been the most trustworthy. This bottle has helped me feel comfortable drinking that water. Even if you aren’t remote and you’re camping somewhere not entirely remote, if you have a water source near you, you won’t have to worry about drinking that water. That’s been very comforting to know. Highly recommend!
