Geopress is as described. Very good quality. The instructions were easy to follow. Have been using it for the past five days. Water tastes better after filtering through Geopress. Would buy another one. Would give it as a gift as well.

I had an issue with my original Grayl bottle—the outer shell was slightly misaligned, which caused leaking. I contacted customer service, and the replacement process was impressively fast and straightforward. The new bottle is perfect. Everything fits properly now, and there are no leaks at all. I’m very satisfied with both the product and the excellent support.

The bottle itself is built very well, and the filtered water tastes good, mostly flat, but slightly mineralized depending on where you live. My only issue is that it’s very hard to pull the filter out after drinking the filtered water because of the vacuum effect and the tight gaskets. Technically, those components are doing their job well by preventing leaks, but I wish the designers had included a release mechanism to improve the overall user experience.
