From ordering to shipping Grayl has created a user friendly experience

Quick shipping, easy to make my purchase.

You didn't give me any information about donations or how to contact someone in the company that deals with that sort of thing.

Hello, I love the product but I once had a reclamation and never ever get any answer even after several emails. So that's poor customer service. That's all I have to say.

Still waiting on an explanation and possible fix for the leakage between the outer and inner cylinder when the grays is inverted. The gel was being used for the first time on this trip and had never been washed. The issue persisted after I replaced the filter.

As always a very nice product from Grayl

Excellent addd capability with almost zero additional weight or space.

Great water bottle

I received a response that I should use a fine sandpaper to smooth the mouthpiece. I said thanks however I don’t believe that was the best advice. Poor communications and very disappointed after spending 300. 00 on what I thought was the best quality purifier. I wasn’t looking for a free replacement but rather how I could replace the lid. I called twice and left messages with no response. At least I got the response sandpaper email.

Shipping went well, quite a few options, still trying to understand them all and use them. Have logged quite a few miles already just on the hip with a large hip pack and a compound bow. Fits well and easy to access, hopefully I won't need to. . . Thank you, Robert

I wish the cap was connected to the lid like the 24oz bottle but other than that it’s great.

A great company

I had ordered an additional filter for my grayl ( orange) and was shipped a black one. I contacted customer service and they promptly shipped out the correct item as ordered. 👍👍

You're the best at what you do.

Very solid. Very well built. Beautiful markings.

Trevor did a great job. . .

Good filter, not perfect had to filter water twice but was drinkable after that

Customer service was top tier! Not many companies go the extra mile anymore!

I contacted about a promo code issue the explained why it didn’t work but didn’t try to do anything to get my business they said just wait for the next sale .
