Customer service was great! I do have a little problem with the water filter I chose, actually the directions. They were printed quite small, very small, and I was excited to use the thing, so when my grandchildren came, for science class we tried it out. Stupid of me, but we tried filtering cherry juice, expecting it to come out as water. Very stupid of me I admit. What happened is, we used up the filter in one fell swoop, and only then read the directions thoroughly at which time we found out it was only to be used on water--not even tannin rich water. Hmm. $27 later, they sent a new filter just in time for my trip to Central America.

All of my Grayl products (including this awesome little camp stove) have been outstanding so far. They take all the abuse the outdoors can provide and ask for more. Grayl makes products that are essential for time spent in the wilderness. Please take all of my money.

Great customer service and great products

Even though it’s the larger version of their bag. It’s fairly small but still holds the essentials. I have it attached to a molle nutsac bag. Shipping was fairly quick too which is always a nice bonus.
