I accidentally ordered the wrong replacement top for my grayl. Customer service response was very fast. I was able to order the correct top without issues. A positive experience.

The filter should come with the titanium top for the outer cup, not sold separately! Thanks

We have had our GeoPress for a few years now and have used it on backpacking trips, sea kayaking trips and overseas travel. It has performed flawlessly until this past month when it developed a slight leak between the outer and inner shell. This didn't affect filtration but was a bit messy. We reached out to Customer Service and they have covered the leak under warranty and have sent out a replacement. Awesome product and awesome customer service. (Thanks Travis B!) We've converted friends from other brands over to Grayl after they saw how simple it was and how well it works.

I would love to leave a review, but unfortunately I never received my shipment ! After trying to chase it down myself with the post office for the past week . . . nothing ! The only answer I could get out of multiple attempts with your customer service is that the package was showing delivered. Super disappointed in my experience ! I guess my only advice would be to do better with shipping and especially your follow up when customers don't receive their order. Again super disappointed and 2 thumbs down for my experience. I will definitely not be a return customer!

Absolutely the best cup I've ever bought. Serves 2 purposes out on the trail. And the nesting cup reduces the weight of cooking equipment.

I communicated twice with the customer center and the person across did the very minimum and even replied with an attitude that make me think I should look somewhere else for a company that care about thier customers.
