I had a billing issue that was handled quickly and without fuss by their team (shout-out to Travis B). As for the bottle itself, I bought it for my daughter for a three-month trek through the Andes and the Amazon. Wanted to wait until she got back to get the scoop. It didn’t fail her. As other reviewers have noted, it does take more effort to press and filter than the marketing might suggest, and that will vary by user strength—but credit where it’s due: the design team created a genuinely thoughtful, one-stop solution that delivers real peace of mind. There’s not much more to add. We liked it enough to buy another for our bug-out kit, and you really can’t go wrong with this product. Even better if you catch it on sale. For the price of a nice dinner, you get clean drinking water anywhere, with no power required. Nuff said.

To have the water bottle where you dont have to remove the backpack, slingback, etc is great.
