Fantastic customer service

An unexpected leaking issue with my most recent Grayl Ultrapress. Problem was promptly diagnosed by Grayl’s UK partner and a replacement part dispatched under warranty which solved the issue. Exemplary customer service which is sadly increasingly rare, delighted that there are still companies that value their customers. I will certainly be sticking with Grayl in the future and heartily recommend them as an excellent company making quality products.

Great bottle – looks and feels premium I’m really enjoying the 500ml UltraPress® Purifier. I really like the way it looks and feels, and personally I don’t see the size or feel of the bottle as a negative. Some other reviews have mentioned this as a con, but I actually think it feels like a normal water bottle, which I like. The 500ml capacity is also perfect for me. Again, I’ve seen other reviews mention that it doesn’t hold enough water, but if you think 500ml isn’t enough, I’d simply recommend going for the larger size. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

The follow up information about excess silicone lubricant that could be on the o-ring did the trick. After wiping the o-ring and rewashing the inner and outer sleeve, the filter worked.

Customer Service result is 5 stars. I ordered your product online and thought it would arrive in time for my trip based on the website delivery date. When I realized it wasn't going to make it in time, GRAYL had it shipped back and refunded my money. Thank you. Suggestion: Have more accurate delivery dates on website.

Grayl refused to allow me to return the Grayl Geopress and instead sent me a new filter cartridge which I have no intention of using because the Geopress failed on my first use of it on a backpacking trip and I have no intention of ever using it again!
