Contacted customer service two times regarding my order to make adjustments. I received a reply and resolution in less than one hour from when I submitted my requests. The responses were both professional and courteous. The products I ordered exceeded my expectations, very high quality and as described on the website. I highly recommend Grayl, a five-star company.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Customer Service I had an issue with my Grayl water bottle filter where it became extremely difficult to press. I was literally having to stand on the bottle to get it to filter, so I reached out to Grayl and included a picture showing what was happening. Travis got back to me in less than 24 hours, which was already impressive. He asked me a couple of questions about how I was using the filter and the water sources I was filtering, and we went through everything together to try to determine what was causing the problem. We determined that the filter was most likely clogged, but it’s entirely possible I just happened to get that 1 in 1000 filters that had something unusual going on. What really impressed me was that I never even had to ask for replacements. Travis simply offered to send me two replacement filters at no cost so I could get back to using my Grayl. That is what I consider exceptional customer service. Travis was responsive, professional, genuinely interested in figuring out the problem, and went above and beyond to make it right. Huge thanks to Travis for taking care of this. Customer service like this is exactly why I’ll continue to support Grayl!

I like the idea of filtering viruses out of the water I drink.

It leaks. The only thing customer service told me was that the filter is too old and I need to replace the filter. It leaks even with the filter not installed. So it is useless even as a water bottle. I cannot recommend Grayl to anyone based on my experience.
