I travel extensively from the United States to Colombia and having access to clean drinking water is mandatory especially in a catastrophic event such as the 7. 4 earthquake we had in Colombia 🇨🇴 last week. Having the Grayl Geopress played a central roll in providing immediately available clean drinking. In my particular case I had questions about filter performance and the Customer Service Department immediately responded to my questions and found a solution. After they reviewed my specific query even closer they noticed I had just purchased (2) additional Geopress Systems with additional filters and the compensated on the two additional filters. Grayl went above and beyond what the initial query was about and in turn earned a customer for life. Thanks, to everyone at your company for an incredible customer service experience.

have a broken gryal. it was suggested I spend more money to replace parts instead of honoring the 10 year warranty. not impressed.

Absolutely LOVE my Grayl Ti and have already put it thru its paces. Having clean drinking water all the time, anywhere, is incredibly liberating. I wish I hadn’t lost my first one this second one just doesn’t hold in carbonation like the first the first one I got from y’all my drinks never went flat this one my drinks go flat just a little disappointed. I figured it’d be best. to let somebody know it’s still a great product very durable.
