This company sucks. I’ve been a professional stylist for years. I bought a pair of 7. 5 shoes. They were massive… like nearly a size 9. I took a picture to support my evidence…. And sent it to headquarters. I only requested to exchange them for a smaller size so I can actually wear them… and they refused. They couldn’t give a shit about their customers. Just another corporate greedy company that could care less about the people who actually have to represent their brand. I can’t wear the shoes and I refuse to purchase or spend another $100 pair of shoes that may or may not fit. I couldn’t be more disappointed and I would highly recommend to not purchase from Frye going forward. Read the fine print and all the reviews because they have the worst return policy and the worst customer service
