These shoes are basically crap, you really get what you pay for at the price point.

Assuming I get the refund I'm expecting, I'll say the service/delivery was ok.

Great shoe, quality leather, well made, comfy fit (runs true to size). Would have given them 5 stars, but the pair I received are a fair bit darker in colour than the photos showing on the website; happy to live with this, but would have been happier if they had run true to the photos.

I think Frye should allow returns on their product. Especially when they know a shoe runs big or small. These shoes run big and wide. Unfortunately I can’t return them because of Frye policy.

Awful Customer Service!!! wish I could give it a zero star. Nowhere on the website did it say there is no exchanges or no returns until the confirmation email of payment received. The app defaulted to a size 5. 5 and I wear a size 11 customer service would not let me return.

NOT THE LEATHER I EXPECTED

The shoe was too small. I’ve never not fit into a size 8 but my heels are hanging over the edge of the shoe in the back.

Runs large. I’m a 7 or 7. 5 and the 7 is too large. Final sale. I’m trying to figure out what to do with them. They are beautiful shoes. Stitching is top notch. Too bad I can’t return and get another pair. Bye bye $85.

My feet are slipping out of the backs of the boots. Was told no returns.

You need to bring the cost of these boots down.

The boots are nice. A leather sole and heel would be perfect. Your commercial is off. Its really off. The clothing, the footwear and scenery and activities, silly. .

I like them. Very pretty but should have gotten a size smaller.

Boot broke down in first few uses, which is terrible for $325 boots.
