I ordered these boots and they run smaller than expected. I submitted a return request and opted to go up a half a size. After I shipped the shoes back, I was told it was agaisnt policy to return them because they were final sale and customer service refused to exchange them for the next size, despite the return being accepted. I am no longer a Frye customer.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. This was my 4th pair of Frye boots since January 2026, and the Viv Riding Boot I received arrived with a defect — the insole of the right boot wasn’t glued properly and had a wrinkle that made it uncomfortable to walk in. When I contacted customer service, I was told I would have to pay for return shipping even though the item was damaged. The only way to avoid the fee was to accept an exchange. Customers should not have to pay to return a defective product. After this experience, I won’t be purchasing from Frye again.

I love my new boots, but I bought them used and I'm pretty sure the photos on the site where of the boots new. Regardless the boots were in great shape, fit very well and are absolutely gorgeous.

Quality of the boot went down hill. My soles are breaking apart & deteriorating even before a year of owning, only wearing occasionally. Upper leather is very thin too. Not worth the $350+ for this boot.

I'd provide a photo of these "new" harness boots that have wear marks/creasing above the toe box and a scuff on the left toe box. But since your customer service rep told me these are the last pair in my size, I've since conditioned the sh*t outta them to try and fix. Thankfully they look OK, no thanks to you. Still can't believe I paid full price for these.
