Will not buy this style, it was the floor model and was stepped on…disappointed

These run big despite the fitment guide. I CAN wear them but they aren’t comfortable and because of the sale I can’t return them

shipping took a while and the product was defective when I received it.

When the shoe size is small, it is not changed to a larger size.

Worst quality control and follow up customer service i have experienced ever! Ordered 1 pair of boots and received 2 LEFT FOOT BOOTS! Telephone number shown on website is answered by people outside the US . They do not understand english well. Requested return label, they said I need to order another pair of boots. No way. They are crazy. I want a RETURN LABEL TO SHIP THEM BACK!! No satisfaction to date. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Beautiful shoes but very narrow. This is my fifth pair of Frye shoes and I've always ordered a size 10. I could not get my foot past the vamp on this pair of loafers. I had to buy leather shoe spray and used that with a shoe stretcher three times, and they are still too tight. Hopefully a cobbler can help loosen them a bit more because they're really nice shoes (and final sale, so I can't return or exchange).

Bring back Men's Murray Lace Up Fashion Boot w/side zip. Or if you can find a size in each color. Just add it more cart.

Boots arrived very quickly, packaged well. Customer service has been nothing short of incredible, as I’ve needed to return a second pair (my sizing choice was a bit too small). I’ll always buy my boots at Frye.
