The quality of the boots is good, however, I was sent the wrong pair. The color and style do not match what was pictured. I have reached out to Frye and followed up, without a response. This is very frustrating since I’m a loyal customer and have several pairs of boots. I can’t say that I recommend Frye Fround if this is typical. Buyer beware.

I don’t think you all did anything that made this experience. I do love these boots boots though.

The boot is beautiful looking at it, but for me it’s like wearing too left shoes. The bottom has no grip is extremely slippery. Be careful. I bought it as a work boot, but it’s not gonna work out.

Faulty design! They need a zipper! Couldn’t get them on my foot even though I ordered a size up! Very disappointed!

Quick shipping but won't buy again since I can't return or exchange and shoe didn't fit at all. I knew that when I purchased but I've never had a problem with a standard size 11M shoe fitting me. This was a terrible waste of money.

I was very disappointed to see the amount of dark veining all over the leather. It was horrible. Not at all as I thought was pictured. If you zoom in you can see see a tiny bit on the website but in person it can be hideous. I wish they were all one color leather but this feature can go horribly wrong depending upon what they send. I will be returning unfortunately. I really looked forward to these boots being a solid color.
