from the photo the color should be a pale dusty green ("eucalyptus" as it's called) but in fact it is just a pale light tan, barely any color at all. and the quality is far inferior (thinner leather and slick smooth soles) from the Campus boots I have from years ago. I was so excited about these boots and saved and waited a long time to get them. bummer.

Sole of the shoe split in less than 2 years of normal wear in a walkable city - NOT WORTH THE $200. Quality is severely lacking and I am really disappointed. When I reached out to Frye about this issue, they sent me an AI generated email. Extremely disheartening for a once-trusted brand

No problem with shipping, but I got stuck with a pair of men’s boots that was advertised as women’s boots, and they are too large. I can’t wear them.

The pictures didn't represent how pointy these boots were. Cannot wear them. Too feminine.

Highly dissatisfied!!! I ordered what was advertised as FRYE and received Frye and Co. NOT the same quality materials at all. I was informed that the boots were NOT returnable!. The size, the look, and the product was not a good fit for me. Unacceptable experience

I ordered this boot twice and it was defective both times. I did not receive my money back after I returned both pairs. I had to call weeks later and the customer service agent manually issued my refund. Had I not called, Frye would've kept my money even though I returned both pairs. Shady business practices and their boot quality has significantly decreased. I have the original campus boots and these are not it. Strongly would not recommend.

Sizing needs to be consistent across all styles given the price point.

Frye company needs to make women's wide width!!

Overall, I’ve been pleased with my experience with Frye. However, I did encounter an issue with my second delivery. The box was labeled size 9, but the shoes inside were actually size 6.5. I’ve received the return label and am in the process of sending them back. The exchange process has been straightforward so far, and I’m hopeful everything will go smoothly from here.

The online shopping experience could use some improvement.

I ordered them with a 15% first-timer coupon. Frye cancelled my order and said they were out of stock. 2 weeks later I ordered them again and paid full price. I love the boots.

If you purchase Paul inside zip in the past (as I have), be aware that this current version maybe different from what you are used to. As stated in their description, boot now has full rubber sole. I think they run a it wider as well. They are a bit higher than my older version and the circumference around the ankle is much larger. The leather quality - ummm - i think my older pair is nicer. 3 stars - ok boots, but a bit disappointed.

Sizing is so off. Do not buy on line. I cannot return and now am stuck with a pair of shoes that don’t fit. Total waste of money.

I purchased these on Frye Found and understood that they were a final sale. I’m a bit disappointed since they are not comfortable on the inside. They are beautiful. I’m wondering if this is why they were returned in the first place. Lesson learned.
