The shoes are made of very soft leather and are comfortable to wear.

I used their size calculator on their website and even sized up from there and they still don’t fit. Their customer service is complete trash as well. I will never be order anything from them again.

Sizing is wildly inconsistent. I would recommend buying from a company with free shipping and returns, because it may take a few tries to get a pair of frye shoes with the right size, and the $12 return fee Frye charges adds up quick and makes it an extra unpleasant surprise when the sizing is all over the place. Personally, I'm just done with Frye, there's other companies that make similar styles but offer way better customer support and consistency across products. Frye is not conducive to online shopping. Frye needs to get their QC under control.

Would have given 5⭐️, if when I asked if these boots run true to size, but they didn’t fit and we had to exchange for a 1/2 size larger. The exchange was easy ,but still Frye didn’t really represent good knowledge of their product, or at least the response wasn’t “helpful”.

I’m sorry but the boots are the least comfortable shoes on earth and I wish I could return them.

Shipping was a bit delayed because UPS transferred to USPS mid delivery.

I order an 11 and received a size 8. I don’t know how. I paid $12 for shipping and another $12 for return. I will never buy another pair of Frye shoes again.

A size 6 arrived, I wear a 10 and not sure how that happened. Company would not exchange shoes. Will not buy from then again

Crap boots! Super tight around foot, lose at heels and toe area. Made in India garbage. Final Sale on these boots is a scam!! You know these are badly made and you knowingly screw over your customers with these crappy boots!
