The customer service has been mixed. One lady was super. The second not at all. The 11M replacement because of a scratch and a wavy/wide shaft was worse. I will be returning. The leather on 2nd pair shaft is thin, wavy, and not as pictured ( nor the 1rst pair) with nice black undertones (Garnett). The 2nd pair has more issues than the original pair. I have boots from Mexico that are terrific. These are not. 2 stars bc I will always love the look of the campus style but the new Frye campus boots are poor quality. I would love to try again bc my feet are 12n and they fit but these boots are a total fail. The other pair were actually a bit better. I am so disappointed.

Like pulling teeth trying to get a refund. The Luna Mule is very poor quality.

Original order was the antique black, but they are more brown than black and look nothing like the pics in the online store. Super bummer. Was hoping it would translate but it didn't. And if you say "that's what they look like after 5 years, then I'll f that". I returned those cause I didn't like the color and they were a little big. On the second try, I went with the black (vintage leather). Not real happy with the finish or look of those either, but maybe they will get better over time. All in, not real happy, and not my fave pair of boots that I was hoping they'd become, but hopeful they wear into something positive. Not sure I'd buy another pair.

These flats are super comfortable and the metallic platinum color goes with everything. They do run a bit long - about half a size.

These shoes are basically crap, you really get what you pay for at the price point.

Assuming I get the refund I'm expecting, I'll say the service/delivery was ok.

Great shoe, quality leather, well made, comfy fit (runs true to size). Would have given them 5 stars, but the pair I received are a fair bit darker in colour than the photos showing on the website; happy to live with this, but would have been happier if they had run true to the photos.

Not a true brown

I think Frye should allow returns on their product. Especially when they know a shoe runs big or small. These shoes run big and wide. Unfortunately I can’t return them because of Frye policy.

Awful Customer Service!!! wish I could give it a zero star. Nowhere on the website did it say there is no exchanges or no returns until the confirmation email of payment received. The app defaulted to a size 5. 5 and I wear a size 11 customer service would not let me return.

NOT THE LEATHER I EXPECTED

The shoe was too small. I’ve never not fit into a size 8 but my heels are hanging over the edge of the shoe in the back.
