boots were too narrow, i was told that no options for a better fit were available. too bad, i really wanted to have some good boots.

Horrible customer service experience!

Customer service is excellent but product is not. I have another FRYE boots, same size, 8.5, 12 inches tall and they fit very well. That's why I bought those new ones online but I still can't wear my new boots.

Customer service was limited to only during weekdays which initially was frustrating but I did call during regular business hours which I think might be US east coast time and talked to a live person who helped me.

I was concerned because they are taller than what was advertised. The representative on the phone told me because I have big feet the are made taller. I am not taller. I have short legs but I wear size 10. It was too difficult to return them, and I love the look so I kept them anyway.

I will never purchase from you again. Your company SUCKS!!

This is a shoe made for people with narrow feet. The footbed is not comfortable. I bought a pair of super feet to combat the foot pain these were causing.

This is a comfortable and cute ankle boot. I took two stars off the review because the heel started to peel after one day of wearing this just in the office, not even heavy walking. I like the distressed look that the leather will take on, but the heal shouldn't peel that quickly.

Frye no longer makes boots. they make costume jewelry made by uncaring unskilled Mexicans the die job was uneven incomplete. On the advice of the company or ordered a certain size and they were too big to wide the sides of the soles weren't sanded properly they were rough, three generations of my family have been wearing Frye boots that ends now. In my opinion you can do better at wish. com

It took a long time to get my refund. Finally somebody understood that the bots I ordered, even though second hand, did not match the picture. So I won’t be purchasing second hand from Frye ever again.

I was looking for good quality pull on boot, and these certainly fit the bill. The foot bed is a bit wide for my narrow foot, but I plan on wearing heavy socks. Most importantly I can pull them off and on easily. The sole is definitely non slip, which is a huge plus. The only thing not great about these boots is that they smell rather bad, not at all like good leather, but I am hoping that passes.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these boots. I purchased these boots directly from FRYE at the end of May, expecting them to be a high quality product as the company claims and to last for a few years. Instead, after only about three months of normal wear, the soles began to crack and separate. I contacted FRYE customer service and provided multiple photos of the damage, including close ups of the cracked areas, the full soles, and the overall condition of the boots. FRYE acknowledged the cracking and sole separation but refused to offer a replacement, refund, or repair. Instead, they recommended that I take the boots to a local cobbler and pay for the repair myself. My shoes typically last me around a year and a half with normal use, so I find this level of deterioration extremely disappointing, especially for a pair of boots that cost around $350. I purchased these boots because of FRYE's reputation for quality and durability, but unfortunately, both the product and FRYE's customer service have fallen short of what I expected from this company. I would recommend reconsidering purchasing a pair of FRYE boots due to the product quality issues and lack of durability I experienced.
