The customer success team when I reached out to them and told me my issue was normal and I just walked on the shoes. It would be taken care of and go away, but if I walked on the shoes then I couldn’t return them so that makes no sense so we kept them and now we have to pay $100 to get them resolved so I would say the quality of service was very poor cause I didn’t really get any and now I’m having to spend extra money to Buy additional work for these shoes so I would say my whole experience has been fairly terrible .

I am yet to experience the Frye company as I am still waiting on these boots to ship. UPS is waiting as well!

These shoes will not stay on my feet. I can not even take a few steps in them. I need to return them please.

I didn’t actually get the pre-loved boots because the 3rd party vendor had sold them off site after my original purchase. I did get some preloved ones on Poshmark. Great boots.

Nice shoe good quality, a little snug around the big toe bed area I believe it will break in with more wear, overall quality shoes especially for the price just have a little break in period.

I love frye boots since 1975 when I got my first pair. I own several pairs of frye shoes and like them just fine. I go back and forth if they are worth the cost. As they won't be in style next year.

Shipping came fast but flexibility would be nice with returns

I think the boots are beautiful. I purchased a pair of similar boots from Frye & Co in the wide calf same size and similar boot so I expected the Frye & Company boot to fit similarly but they do not. The wide calf is not as wide as the higher end line which is disappointing.

I’m still waiting to hear back from you in regards to this return.

Overall I’m very pleased with the styling, fit, and feel. I also really appreciate the rubberized sole, which not many penny loafers offer. Unfortunately the toebox stitching in one of the shoes came undone after just a few wears. I should have contacted Frye customer service sooner. Because when I finally contacted customer service, it was a little more than 1 year after my purchase. I was disappointed to hear that, rather than offering to remedy this obvious defect in workmanship, Frye customer service simply referred me to a third-party shoe repair service where I could arrange for repair at my own cost. Not what I expected from a brand like Frye.

Very delicate goat suede with no arch support. Also i was annoyed to have to pay shipping to myself as well as returning. Cost me $50. Just to look at the shoe. I wont be purchasing from Frye again.

Return Policy will get you. I bought the shoes, they did not fit right. Was not able to return because the shoe was discontinued. was not aware of this until tried to return to buy another shoe. I would not suggest buying from them.
