Love my Frye Melanie slip on shoes!

Just ok. Upper a little stiff and will need more breaking in than I’m used to with Frye. Bottom of heals had to be replaced immediately due to being hard and too slippery.

Horrible. FedEx delivered to the wrong address, as shown on their delivery photo. Frye will not send a replacement pair of boots or refund me. They said I have to wait three weeks for them to hash this issue out with the FedEx, the delivery service they chose. Frye is a horrible company that takes no accountability. Even funnier, Micheal, the customer service rep, said “to check my back yard and by my mailbox” and no delivery person in the history of 18 years living in my home has ever walked 100 yards and opened the gates to my back yard to deliver something. How odd to say that to a customer! I sent them photos of my porch, which was clearly not where the boots were delivered. lol. I will never use Frye again and I’m so glad I only bought one pair of shoes. Don’t get put in my position where you paid for an item and never got it, with such a ridiculous explanation. Bad company!

Very pretty boot but too narrow to actually put on. I will say Frye worked with me. First pair, the tab was broken. The last pairs I could not even get on.

Right now, I wear them for a few times and they don’t feel comfortable. I hope they will stretch.

The customer service has been mixed. One lady was super. The second not at all. The 11M replacement because of a scratch and a wavy/wide shaft was worse. I will be returning. The leather on 2nd pair shaft is thin, wavy, and not as pictured ( nor the 1rst pair) with nice black undertones (Garnett). The 2nd pair has more issues than the original pair. I have boots from Mexico that are terrific. These are not. 2 stars bc I will always love the look of the campus style but the new Frye campus boots are poor quality. I would love to try again bc my feet are 12n and they fit but these boots are a total fail. The other pair were actually a bit better. I am so disappointed.

Like pulling teeth trying to get a refund. The Luna Mule is very poor quality.

Original order was the antique black, but they are more brown than black and look nothing like the pics in the online store. Super bummer. Was hoping it would translate but it didn't. And if you say "that's what they look like after 5 years, then I'll f that". I returned those cause I didn't like the color and they were a little big. On the second try, I went with the black (vintage leather). Not real happy with the finish or look of those either, but maybe they will get better over time. All in, not real happy, and not my fave pair of boots that I was hoping they'd become, but hopeful they wear into something positive. Not sure I'd buy another pair.

These flats are super comfortable and the metallic platinum color goes with everything. They do run a bit long - about half a size.
