I ordered the Harness 8R in my size, which is normally 6 1/2. While the width fit comfortably, my feet were sliding inside. I exchanged it for a size 6, and they're perfect. A little narrower, but not tight. Have to break them in. Frye Customer Service was very helpful (Thanks, Michael!). I didn't have to return the first pair and buy the second; I simply exchanged sizes. I printed out a return label, shipped the first pair back to Frye, and received the size 6 pair one week later. I did not have to pay shipping or additional fees.
Shipping was fast, I went with the size I normally wear and they fit perfectly. Great quality boot.

Frye has been great to deal with.
I was super excited to find these pre loved boots at Frye. I asked what I should expect for āgoodā condition and was given specific info. When I received them and opened the box, the smell of the leather hit me as if they came straight off an assembly line. I donāt see any imperfections. The exterior is weathered so if there are any, I canāt see them. I donāt see any wear on the soles, either. Very happy. I didnāt want to settle for ādupesā so I was saving up but didnāt need to after finding this fab deal.
Didnāt receive package and no customer supporting help.

Poor. Customer service and no resolution for a repeat customer. They sent a completely different set of boots and took a week and a half to even email me back. It was through some reseller that Frye uses - but, as far as Iām concerned, if Frye put their name on it, and sold it through their official site, then they should accept responsibility for whatever seller sent me the wrong item. They offered me a āfuture purchase credit to keep the wrong boots - but I doubt Iām going to do business with this. Company or whatever reseller company (Trove) that they sold me this item from.
Very disappointed - never received the boots that were ordered and paid for. Waiting on a refund.
