Shipping and service were great. The color on the front of the boots has started to rub off after only a few wears which is disappointing.

Arrived much quicker than expected which is a plus! They do, however, not fit like the regular campus boot and are a bit heavier than I expected them to be. They also run wider, especially in the back. The quality is impeccable and I have no complaints, however.

Shipping was quick. Fit was true to size. Incredibly comfortable. The first time I wore them was for an all day travel day through 2 airports. Great Boots. I bought them in both colors!

For a big rich company you have terrible customer service. Poor product and ill-fitting. Asked for refund and denied. You should be ashamed of yourselves. No longer a customer. SO disappointed!

These are beautiful and comfortable shoes. Love Frye since the 1970’s.
