Bought shoes on sale and couldn’t exchange

The shipping was quicker than I expected, but the box was beat up.

I sent photos to customer service. As I said, they did a poor job of resolution.

No mention of how extremely narrow the width of your boots are. Maybe you'll consider wider widths like the Ariat brand of boots. I now own 3 Ariat pairs of very comfortable boots.

Cute iconic boot! Fit well during initial try on but stretched a full size too big after a couple wears. So sad! Wanted to love this pricey purchase.

Not worth the money! Not made like they used to be, these fell apart after 2 months. I was told to find a cobbler. Buyer beware!

I just wrote my review. Terrible customer service as I never rec’d the boots. Frye blames the third party shipping agent and I can’t even get in touch with them. Awful experience and never received the boots so need a refund please. Donna Spencer

I have 2 pairs of Frye boots that I absolutely love and still wear. These are not the same quality…unfortunately. It’s questionable if they’re even leather. The fit was not true to size as they run a half size smaller in comparison to my older Frye boots. They were final sale so I emailed customer service or their AI who assured me that size 9 would be the correct size for me. Well they’re not. 9.5 would have been a better fit…. maybe. Stuck with a pair of boots that I won’t wear because they were final sale. Customer service or AI confirmed that and thanked me for shopping.

Super cute bootie! I have wider feet and higher arches. They are tight across the arch but after stretching I can see these being a staple.

I submitted an inquiry with detailed photos of a flaw in these boots. I received no response.

I do wish Frye boots didn't run small compared to other boots, but once you figure that out they are forever boot. I bought my first pair of Frye boots when I was in High School (Late '70's). They were banana colored Campus Boots and were my signature look for many years after. Since then I have purchased at least 5 or six Frye boots and booties. I'm a lifer.

Sent me two different sizes and then wouldn't exchange. And have been talking to a chat bot the whole time. Terrible customer service.

pretty much done with Frye boots Ive worn them since the 80s nowhere near what they used to be made overseas of course $$$ all that matters
