Overall I’m very pleased with the styling, fit, and feel. I also really appreciate the rubberized sole, which not many penny loafers offer. Unfortunately the toebox stitching in one of the shoes came undone after just a few wears. I should have contacted Frye customer service sooner. Because when I finally contacted customer service, it was a little more than 1 year after my purchase. I was disappointed to hear that, rather than offering to remedy this obvious defect in workmanship, Frye customer service simply referred me to a third-party shoe repair service where I could arrange for repair at my own cost. Not what I expected from a brand like Frye.

Very delicate goat suede with no arch support. Also i was annoyed to have to pay shipping to myself as well as returning. Cost me $50. Just to look at the shoe. I wont be purchasing from Frye again.

Return Policy will get you. I bought the shoes, they did not fit right. Was not able to return because the shoe was discontinued. was not aware of this until tried to return to buy another shoe. I would not suggest buying from them.

Shoe is beautiful but is too narrow

I ordered a size 11 shoe. I got them and could not fit my feet into them. I gave them to my brother who wears a 9 1/2 and they were perfect fit. Frye would not exchange the shoes.

I have not received the Dylan Chelsea boots (size 9 and 1/2) I ordered at the beginning of this month. The projected arrival date was April 10. My tracking information shows that they were "returned to sender" in Fulton, MO on April 17. You have, however, taken payment for the boots from my credit card account. I have try unsuccessfully, so far, to find a customer service contact number for your company so that I can determine whether you intend to send me my Dylan Chelsea Boot order or refund my purchase.

I searched the site for a nice pair of shoes for my wife, and set the search filter to size 8. 5. When I added the item to the cart and checked out, I was not paying attention, and the pre-selected size was 6. 5. I got the text confirmation 5 or so minutes later and noticed the wrong size. I immediately called customer service and they got back to me the next day. They refused to allow me to exchange it for something of equal or lesser value, because it was a sale item. They suggested I resell the item as used on their site. No thanks, lesson learned. Further, there is no country of origin info on the site. These shoes are made in China.

Worst quality control and follow up customer service i have experienced ever! Ordered 1 pair of boots and received 2 LEFT FOOT BOOTS! Telephone number shown on website is answered by people outside the US . They do not understand english well. Requested return label, they said I need to order another pair of boots. No way. They are crazy. I want a RETURN LABEL TO SHIP THEM BACK!! No satisfaction to date. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Beautiful shoes but very narrow. This is my fifth pair of Frye shoes and I've always ordered a size 10. I could not get my foot past the vamp on this pair of loafers. I had to buy leather shoe spray and used that with a shoe stretcher three times, and they are still too tight. Hopefully a cobbler can help loosen them a bit more because they're really nice shoes (and final sale, so I can't return or exchange).

Bring back Men's Murray Lace Up Fashion Boot w/side zip. Or if you can find a size in each color. Just add it more cart.

Terrible product. Disillusioned with Frye. High end product should not be cutting corners.
