Poor return policy

Love the boots, but the customer service has been terrible!! Received the wrong size, company won't exchange for a different size. Put the boots on the Frye Exchange and they have been in review for a week. No one will get back to me explaining why they are not listed for sale yet. Very disappointing!!

Wishing the return/exchange policy included shoes that have been worn/broken to account for the price we are paying and the necessary break in time.

I got Oyster color instead of Camel. Can this be returned? I went with a 6 vs 7, as the seven I have has loosened too much. The width is good, as the leather has stretched.

Not sure if I'll keep. I wrote a review to Frye. The Leather (?) doesn't feel like the leather shoes/boots I'm use to. Also, these boots were made in VietNam, not Mexico, so possibly the leather is different. I've wanted Frye boots for many years, but now I'm not impressed.

The boots are amazing. They are far smaller than average for their listed size, and ordering a half-size up seems impossible. If we can get a new one ordered, I would love to give more stars. But I seem to only be able to order 1. 5 sizes bigger.

Shoes are too big. They are like men’s sizes. And the return process is difficult. Also, the other shoes I bought were on clearance and they won’t take them back. So I just wasted $100 bucks. Never again.

I ordered 9. 5 based on other Frye shoes that are 9. 0 size (I still wear these). How can shoe sizes can be this misleading? I do not have time to engage in Frye exchange program. I rather just donate the shoes. Never buying Frye again.

Can’t get my order

I so wanted to love these shoes! My foot is too wide to handle such a pointy-toed shoe. They are very well made & very cute, but, just not for me. Far too pointy:(

My order was canceled with no reason or exchange for something else. Bad business

The service was great - although I did not get my product, I was kept informed along the way, and promptly credited when the shoes could not be delivered. The website experience is clunky. Filtering on size yielded results where my size was not available.

I love Frye products buy them all the time. Bought a secondhand pair on their website paid for it never received the product fail on the oversight of the resale market.

The Blue Billy Short Boots are too cute. They ran a half size large in me, so I sized down to a size 6. There was also a little heel slippage.

These shoes look great. My normal size is 11. 5-12 I ordered a size 12 and they were very big, so I returned them for a size 11. 5. Frye was very prompt and didn't charge me any further shipping since it was an exchange I presume. I received the size 11. 5 and they are still loose, but I am afraid to go any smaller. So, they fit loose but look great and I will wear them a lot. They appear to be very well made and should last a long time.

This thing is not meant for what it is used for. This thing is LITERALLY falling apart at the seams

If I could give you a zero I would. Your return policy is astoundingly horrific. Business must be so good you can afford to permanently loose long time customers.
